This was our first time visiting while we were in French Lick for a weekend conference. We were surprised to be the only guests when we walked in at 1pm on a Friday for lunch. We were quickly sat and served. The breaded mushrooms were yummy and I enjoyed the shrimp po boy as well. Based on the menu, this place certainly doesn't serve Hawaiian style food. It's more of an Asian/American menu but lots of options, regardless. I would recommend for anyone looking for a decent priced lunch/dinner outside of the hotels and resorts in the area.

Stopped into this place to grab a beer and some water while on a walk during an extremely hot day here in French Lick. The staff couldn't have been nicer as they happily served us despite the fact no food was being ordered. I liked it here and would return to try their food.

Service was fine. Waitress was attentive. The fantastic sushi roll was really good. Would definitely try other sushi rolls should I come back here. The shrimp pad Thai was edible but odd to me. I didn't really like it. Plenty of shrimp in the dish but what was all that red sauce on the plate??? Was more on the greasy side too. It's different in a way I never had before & not in a good way. My husband got the beef bulgogi. He liked it fine.

What a great find in the middle of French Lick. Plenty of seating and great service but most importantly the food is excellent. Our group tried a variety of different dishes and we all enjoyed our choices. I would definitely recommend the Thai soup and any of the sushi rolls. The Thai soup had the right amount of heat and was full of flavor and the sushi was fresh and delicious. If you happen to be visiting French Lick resort and you are looking for some food nearby this is the place to go. You can literally walk right across the Main Street or have the resort trolley drop you off. Oh, and they open at 11 so if you are looking for a lunch stop this place is a perfect choice.

When I came to Mitchell from Houston to visit family, you can imagine my surprise when my dad said we would be having dinner at a Hawaiian restaurant in French Lick. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. It is located in a collection of restaurants and shops in a cute area, and the food was amazing! We had crab cakes for an appetizer, and it was probably the best crab cake I've ever had. My entree, the bulgogi special, was tasty as well. Service was great. Now I'm wishing we had something like this where I actually live...

Great place for lunch when in French Lick! Unique take on fish and chicken dishes. Lots of flavors in their culinary creations! It's a relaxing place to dine! Loved the Kani salad! Liked how theirs had pineapple as an ingredient. Will dine here again the next time I'm in the area.

This place was a good alternative to the high priced restaurants at the West Baden and French Lick Resort. It's right across the street! The best part of our meal was not the chicken wing appetizer....I've never seen such small wings. They gave us some extra since they were tiny, but definitely odd. I had the swordfish which was cooked well and tasted good. My Wife went with the chicken skewers which she enjoyed. Our friends for a steak which wasn't the best but they liked it. The sushi rolls were great! They got three different rolls and all were awesome! If I go back I'll definitely get sushi!! They also have urinals made out of kegs haha

This is a decent restaurant, but he name is a bit misleading. There is nothing Hawaiian about this place. It has more seafood, sushi and cajun food than any Hawaiian food. The place has a decent sized parking lot in the strip mall that it is located in. There are also 3 entrances into the place. 2 of them are for 21 and over only and lead into the bar section of the restaurant. The other door leads to the family restaurant section. I had to take the family restaurant section door because I had the littles with me. It kind of reminded me of the movie couples retreat where they had two Islands one hopping side for the singles and another side for the couples. The dining area is adequate sized, but can fill up fast. The bar area is a bit larger and has a few more seating options. The restaurant is decorated very nicely and is neat, trendy and very colorful. The keg urinals in the bathroom was a nice touch. They have televisions with sports playing all over the dining area.Anyway, the place was busy and we were seated right away, The restaurant has an extensive sushi bar (you can watch them make it right there), steaks, burgers, sandwiches, fish, pasta and much more. The menu is packed with something for everyone. They have a kids menu with favorites like mac and cheese, spaghetti and meat balls, chicken fingers, cheeseburger and mini corn dogs. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans, but without the shrimp and the littles had spaghetti and fries. It did not take long for us to get our meals, especially considering how buy it was. My food was delicious. I do not know what type of sauce was on the salmon, but man did it set it off. It gave it a very nice blackened/cajun taste. I was looking for other food to dip into the sauce. The littles enjoyed their meals too. The hostess and our server were very friendly and efficient. We were able to get in and out in around 30 minutes. This is a nice place, especially given that French Lick has limited options. I recommend checking this place out. It is a neat little family restaurant.

Great food, Pad Thai was cooked very well. Only complaint was you cannot add an extra protein for an up charge. Wife had the fried shrimp and they were very good.
