Oak Factory

We were looking for new living room furniture and not happy with what we found in the Berea/Richmond area. I found the Oak Factory on Yelp and I'm so glad we did. The selection is great and all their Furniture is made in America. You find the style of sofa/chair and you want, pick the fabrics you like and two weeks later it arrives. They offer delivery to Lexington for $69 and to Berea for $95. Twice a year they offer 0% interest for 48 months. The staff is very helpful without being pushy. I definitely recommend that you check it out if you looking for furniture in the Lexington area.

After having several negative experiences looking for office furniture, my family made it to Oak Factory. The staff was very attentive and looked after us from the moment we hit the door. They were able to answer all of our questions and the furniture itself was very well made. We made the final purchase on our shopping spree at Oak Factory. I would give it 5 stars but they just wouldn't budge on the already great deal they had tagged on our desk!

Excellent service. No pressure. Don't let the name fool you there's beautiful furniture at Oak factory. It's not just oak.

After seeing these reviews I had to add our experience. We purchased a new home and bought a considerable amount of furniture from Oak Factory. We recently had a problem with a table top and Denisa went above and beyond to take care of it for us. I highly recommend Oak Factory.

Went there this weekend. I had been in the store before and had purchased items at the previous location. I was looking for a specific item, which they had in stock and I purchased. I was looking for a very random item which they could order and I made that choice also. This place must not work on commission. I was assisted by 3 different people who were very helpful. There was no "high pressure, follow you from isle to isle" that you see in all other furniture stores. This is not a chain, it is family owned. If you need some furniture, wander in...chances are you will see the owners Mike and Denisa. They will be happy to help you find what you need. I don't buy much furniture, but I will be sure to put this place at the top of my list. (BTW, they sale much more than Oak items.)

My wife and I purchased a new dining room table from Oak Factory. We had an issue with the table and the manager and all the staff were extremely helpful and made sure to make it right. I am really glad we went here to purchase our table. We will definitely be back.

I just wanted to let you know that Don took very good care of me. I really wanted to pick something out from the show room and take it but The couch that was there I wasn't sure the color is what I wanted so he let me take a swatch home. I ran to Georgetown and compared it with my floor and I decided that I wanted to order a couch and loveseat with a different color. I also purchased a dining room table and chairs a couple of end tables and a coffee table and three barstools. Don was so great and accommodating showing me around giving us choices. He was very patient with my indecisiveness, treated us very professionally and was kind and warm you have a great person representing your company. Julie Harney, Georgetown, KY

I bought a recliner 9/16, a Catnapper. It had a lifetime warranty, said it was metal, etc. The springs eventually started to compress, making it feel like I was on the floor, bottom down, knees high. The springs in the back poke me in the mid back and hurt. It took 2 1/2 months to get someone here to look at it. Their report was that it was "normal use". I've had used laz-y-boys last me 5 years. I expected my first new recliner to last a lifetime with its limited lifetime warranty. There was no help from Oak Factory. I contacted the mfg. which is Jackson Furniture, which were rather rude. Jackson has a huge number of BBB complaints. Stay away from this place.

We purchased a motion sofa, loveseat and chair 18 months ago. My husband and I are the only ones who use it. Mostly it's just me because my husband watches tv in another room. The seams are pulling apart on the two most frequently used footrests. Other furniture may be fine but steer clear of the "leather"motion furniture.

I give them 0 stars! Bought a new sofa, bedroom set and several other pieces of furniture there 3 years ago. Made it VERY clear that we wanted a extra firm sofa and the one we sat on was. They told us to upgrade the frame and cushions and it would be what we wanted! Cushions had to be replaced after year 1 and now at just 3 years old, it sits awful! Had 5 year warranty on everything and 10 year on cushions. Took my receipt in and showed them pictures of how bad it looks and pictures with people sitting on it and how it sinks in. My husband and I are the only 2 people in the house and I don't even sit on the sofa! The only thing they are doing is sending me new cushions again! A couch that is used by One person and doesn't even last 3 years ‍. Don't believe their claims of being a "Christian, family" business! Will never buy from them again!
