North Lime Coffee & Donuts

Leaving this as a self-reminder more than anything.The shop is right next to Comfy Cow in Westport Village. The space is nice enough, but the donuts weren't very good both times I've come here; either they're stale or just kinda hard for some reason. The first time I came I got a basic drip coffee and the half and half they gave me was spoiled, so I had to throw the whole thing away -- likely a fluke, it shouldn't happen to you, but check the date on the carton before you pour.Mid at best.

Cute coffee & donut shop. But, on Sunday at noon, there were only 10 donuts in the case, mostly Funkfetti. So, I didn't try a donut. Staff were pleasant, and the coffee was fine. Next time, I hope to try a donut.

Been a fan of the North Lime brand for years, but I must admit, the Westport location has tailed off recently. Don't get me wrong, the donuts still taste good, however they're very inconsistent with the cook and size. Some are too crunchy, some are too tiny. Again, all tasty, but with so many donut shop options, the inconsistency is a turnoff.The blackberry glazed is a standout, though. Nice and tart.

First time trying donuts from here. One was a blackberry iced with Oreo crumbles on top and the other was cinnamon sugar. Sorry forgot to take a photo of them! Took the donuts to a friend's house for coffee & catching up on life. We cut each donut into fourths to share as we talked. These donuts are yeast style and heavy feeling but delicious. We both really liked the style of donut and couldn't decide a favorite between the two. I'm not typically an icing fan but loved the blackberry icing not overly sweet and definitely had the bursts of blackberry flavor. I'd get this specific iced donut again for sure if I stop by North Lime again!

This place is always busy at any time but they can be easily sold out of the donuts. Sometime you have to get it there early to get the donuts that you really want. They do have good coffee but not much of choice.They are more popular for their donuts.

Love this place! Plenty of seating and service is always quick. I love the different creations. I ordered the iced bohemian latte and it was great. Not a huge fan of the density of their donuts but my friends enjoy them. To each their own.

Visiting Louisville after being away for almost 5 years and I'm happy to see so many different donut/coffee shops now. Cute spot for a delicious donut and to get your caffeine fix.

Love their latte & mocha. The specialty donuts are always fun. Lots of space to sit and work

This week they have a vegan lemon tiramisu donut that is delicious! Fast and friendly service..

We walked in an we're not addressed for about 5 min, then they were out of all their donuts and out of the coffee syrup I wanted. On top of that, while our order was being taken, the barista stops mid conversation to talk to her friend who is standing behind us in line. The whole experience was very unprofessional and a let down. On a positive note, I did enjoy the ambiance and cute display of sweatshirts and tote bags.
