New Boston Tavern

The food was very good! They have a full bar and taps there, which my LIT was made very tasty. Service was a bit slow but not gonna knock that because they were all very nice and attentive.

This is my second visit to the 'we Boston Tavern. I came (both times) with a group on a retreat to St Mienrad. It is a close drive from St Mienrad. They have a fairly good selection of standard American beers and a few crafts to choose from as well. There is outdoor seating in the back - we're we sat. I asked the waitress to make my selection for me. She selected the Signature Burger - something on the menu, but they will make it when they are not too busy. It was very good. A bacon cheese burger with fried jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. The burger was good, the German fries were good too. Many people in my group had the pork chops. They all said how amazing they were. Great service, great food, great fun.

Had breakfast yesterday here for the first time. Decided out of the blue to try their cheese curd appetizer. They were DELICIOUS ! A light garlic flavor. Country fried steak was fresh and tasty. Steak sandwich had a lot of tasty juicy steak. Then we went back at 6 pm. Pork chop dinner was really good. Huge green bean plat came with it and German fries. My two side choices. The catfish was fresh and tasty. The BBQ sandwich was too sweet fot my taste. Service was friendly and efficient.

Cute small country spot. They allow kids and have a full bar. Prices are super low and the food is good. Great spot to stop and grab a bite.

We happened upon this little spot while on vacation in Santa Claus. Great food and even better service. Such a great little spot if you are in the area!

Quite local tavern with charm. Excellent food and service. Very reasonable prices. I had the fried chicken and it was delicious. Several choices of catfish if your into that. The people at my table who tried it said it was good. Full bar, I had bourbon.

This place is awesome. Very chill, middle of nowhere, all the locals eat here kind of place. Good country/southern food. Awesome place to go after you went to Holiday World for the day. I had the catfish fillet and my date had the fried chicken. Both were delicious. They also have Yuengling on tap! We've been twice and now it's a must-visit when we go to Holiday World for the weekend.

The best service and servers of great food. We recommend the cheese curds, the fried chicken, the pork chops, the pork steak, the ribs, the burgers. Plenty of food with side dishes with every order, and did I mention, great service ? Highly recommended and worth traveling to.

My husband and I are from out of town and stumbled upon this place late at night. The atmosphere is great and the fried chicken is so home made and fresh you'll think your granny fried it lol. This place is def worth visiting even if it's out of your way. The #hospitality is off the charts as well. The owner is a splendid lady and the servers give the place the homey feeling as if it's a family ran business (which it is ) But hubs & I highly recommend this place if nothing else but a friendly smile, good conversations & good spirits

World class pork chops combined with great service and great food all round. I eat there every time I am in the area.
