This is a nice farmers market that offers a lot bigger than I expected. It takes up two large parking lots. It offers a wide variety of food and has ample parking for visitors. It is located in the heart of down town new Albany

I really love the vendors here. They are so nice and helpful. Also, the food quality is TOP NOTCH! I use Grass Corp for my meat and dairy and today I bought a few items and maple syrup from 3D Valley Farms. The gentlemen from the farm located in DePaw, IN are kind and hard working. Their farm is open on Fridays and Saturdays for walk in and I may head out there at some point. The coffee lady was there today as well as two produce stands. Everyone was thoroughly freezing and I definitely appreciate them being at the market today. I really love the small town feel of New Albany.

I live on the other side of the river, but this market is really thriving and is clearly one of the best in the region. The dedicated pavilion helps, but what really makes it is the density and quality of the vendors. It all starts with the produce, of course, and there are so many good farms in southern Indiana. We see some Kentucky-based vendors here (always good to get Lexington Pasta and a weekly dose of Klaus's pretzel bread), but there are always treats here that I can't find so readily elsewhere. And I'm not just talking about all the pies. Capriole cheese is exceptional. I'm always hopeful to see Capshew Cellars' vinegars. And if you want to find a broom Harry Potter would envy, look to Brian Newton.Last week I was overjoyed to stumble on ripe pawpaws, 50 cents each. Sadly, I couldn't just buy 40.Show up hungry.

Fun to go to the farmers market they had a lot of variety prices are pretty good but it's just nice to be able to support the local farmers and we enjoyed walking around and looking at the different booths and seeing what was available but some great zucchini bread and some fresh tomatoes so it was a good time

New Albany has a great farmers market that has really come around since its inception. They have quality vendors and a good selection of products from produce (of course), fresh meat, wines, cooking oils, jams/jellies, canned vegetables, baked goods, and even some other wares like crafts, essential oils, and jewelry. They are located on Market Street in the city owned parking lot and pavilion a few doors down from The Grand. They're open on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings during the warmer months and have winter hours on Saturdays from 10am-noon until Derby. It's a great local market and asset to New Albany.

This farmers market is awesome. Plenty of FREE parking. Lots of different vendors. Places to sit. Places to eat. Louisville KY could learn from this farmers market. I live in Shively. No health food stores. No vitamin shop. No place to get fresh good produce. This place is amazing. I will be back

shopping at the New Albany Farmers Market is like shopping an old town square - regulars get to know the vendors and vendors get to know the regulars. People are friendly and there is a real sense of community. The city has a booth where they give out shopping bags and provide civic information about the area as well as advertise upcoming events in downtown. Yes the prices are higher than Aldis but there is a sense of supporting local farmers and one's own community, plus where else can you buy handmade sourdough, focaccia, a Indian fusion taco and homemade cheese and jelly straight from the person who made it.

I loved seeing and supporting the local business. They were small with about maybe 10 booths but that may have been the season and it being cold. My favorite was the elderberry company and their great products. They had several booths selling local meat and eggs. This farmers market is not close to me but we may be back to visit in the warmer season.

I am still searching for the perfect farmers market surpasses the farmers market from back home. The New Albany Farmer's Market hasn't quite done that but it is still really good and I know if I could get there earlier, I would enjoy it even more. The produce gets grabbed up quick, so normally by the time I get there around 10, most of what is left in terms of produce, lately, is lettuce mixes. There are a lot of delicious baked good stops there as well and I have tried plenty of them. There is normally some kind of music playing and there is plenty of shade to avoid the hot hot sun.

We aren't familiar with New Albany and decided to walk the interesting streets of the downtown area with an abundance of unique shops and restaurants. We accidentally stumbled upon this farmers market and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up purchasing fresh squeezed lemonade and some local honey. The people (vendors and shoppers) were very friendly. Great atmosphere. Would like to come back and if we were locals would definitely stock up on vegetables.
