Natural Products

I need lots of hardwood mulch and compost because I want to increase the fertility of my soil on my 1.5 acre yard. I grow native and ornamental perennials, native trees/shrubs, and *attempt* a veggie garden every year. Natural products has provided me with all my compost and mulch for the past two years-deliveries in the Spring and Fall. The fully composted horse manure seems to be well-like by my plants. I had a long conversation with the manager (or owner?) about the compost, and I am fully satisfied that it is good stuff. I am aware many believe you should provide the garden with multiple sources of compost, which is easier said than done. Making your own compost IS a good idea, too. However, for big projects, I head to, and rely on, Natural Products. They are punctual, professional, and reliable. A+ service!

This is a very nice local business. The ladies that work in the office are very friendly and will go out of their way to help. If you want to pick up rocks or mulch you might consider another day except Saturday. When we arrived at 11:00 AM people were lined up all the way down to the entrance. If you have a pickup or a trailer you just go to the office and pay for what you need and then pull out into the yard. A big front end loader will load you up. I found the prices to be reasonable and the products to be very good quality.

Terrible terrible compost. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Full of rocks, junk, and weed seeds. I might as well not even have raised beds. What a waste. Bought a dump truck load of pure sifted compost but got junk. Everyone I know has had same experience. Buyer beware, subpar product. I'm still picking out rocks and weeds a year later. Some crops just wither and die. So sad for my 15 raised beds.
