N V China Buffet

Okay, I arrived a little before 4 o'clock, so my first complaint about the food being cold could be explained by the time. But, perhaps they should close in off peak times rather than have mediocre food.The selection was limited.And, when I paid my bill, I got sticker shock. I guess I should have asked the price first, but I just didn't anticipate that high a price. The buffet, a drink and taxes was $18.25. I eat at a really good China buffet in Indianapolis for about $14.

We always made the trip from North Vernon to Seymore for their Chinese Buffet, AMAZING. Thought we would give the NV China Buffet a shot since they just opened their buffet back up April 27. I'm thinking new owners. Well, first thing I try was the egg rolls (hard as a rock, had to be leftover from lunch). ‍Next I try the crab Rangoon (tasted like fish). You never want your fish items to have a fish taste. Nasty. ‍General Tso's chicken - chicken was SO CHEWY and sauce had no flavor. ‍Steamed rice was good but I'd never pay $15.99 for buffet with steamed rice. I doubt I'd ever go back and just drive 20 minutes over to Seymore.

We're visiting family & didn't want to cook so we ordered take out. Our food was horrible! We got house lo main. At first glance, it looked like chicken wasn't done all the way. On first bite, it tasted like raw seafood. Our meal had shrimp so we tried that & man was it horrible. The lo main itself tasted horrible. It tasted like raw seafood. We even tried doctoring it up but had no luck. We called the restaurant & told them. I'll have you know, the restaurant acted like we were lying. They said no one else complained. They refused to reimburse us & flat out refused to allow us a new meal. Disgusting, Disgusting

Best Chinese buffet in SE Indiana! Super clean, super friendly, hot fresh food, & lots of variety.I'm not a sushi eater but the owner said they get rave reviews about it.

Well I just went there and it SUCKS some food ain't even good "the chicken" is just bread

My husband and I eat there every week and have the best service and food .Ed always orders a take out of Happy Family meal once a week .I love the shrimp and crab meals .So please don't judge them until you try all the food & service the owners have .This Buffet is GREAT EATING GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICING .Try It Out Please

The Restaurant was clean and well lit, it was fairly busy for lunch and the food was fresh and I tried a little of everything except deserts. They had oysters on the half shell which was my favorite. The cold fish selection; including 5 different Sushi, Nigiri and others; some were too spicy for me but that is my taste, others will love them all. The Sesame balls were a great dessert, it was all the dessert I needed.

The food is great. They have a variety of selections to choose from. (sushi bar to a hibachi grill) The customer service is amazing. The location is great. They have plenty of parking wheelchair friendly. The atmosphere in the dining room is on point.

The food was low quality and not worth the price. I would definitely recommend choosing a different honest restaurant if you craving it l.

Very good food and great service.I recommend. As much crab legs as u want on weekend. Wow.
