Food was great sushi was not good it was bland and didn't have cucumbers was not impressed with it but the hibachi was really good and as good as or better than Shoguns!!

Well tonight we went to Mt Fuji. When we got there we where excited to get the grill side. Now this wasn't our first time by any means. Back story - over the last couple of months the food quality has been going downhill. The person behind the grill isn't a very good cook. I've eaten a lot of hibachi grills over the years. You pay for a show and great food. This place has always from the first time I've been absolutely sucked as far as the show goes. And tonight I'm currently writing this review with an upset stomach due to the food quantity. There rice is crunchy and the chicken was dry. The guy working the checkout asked me how my experience was and I told him if sucked. So he asked what was wrong and I told him. I thought he might make it right on the bill and do the right thing but no. He charged me the full amount for food that wasn't even good. I hope the health department pays them a little visit. The have cross contamination going on there also. And to top it off my youngest daughter has severe food allergies and the cook was tossing food everywhere contaminating my daughters food that was cooked in the back kitchen to help prevent her food allergies. Mind you these food allergies that she has could kill her if she comes into contact with certain foods. We take this serious and won't be back after tonight.

Based on the few visits I've had I'd say this is a solid 3.5 option.Having not had sushi in months that's what I selected on a recent visit.I had pieces of 3 different rolls (Cali, Spicy Tuna, Crunch Crab). All were good if not mind-blowing. Fresh tasting but somewhat basic on flavor. But well constructed and it mostly fit my craving.The tempura is really good, the hibachi options are usually pretty good as well. Service was friendly, prices very economical.The place could use a sprucing up, there's a mothball kind of smell and the bathroom wasn't even stocked on paper towels or soap.

Love it. Best in kentucky.Dont sit in the corner, its cold. The lobster ans shrimp are a winning combination. But tou cant go wrong with any of the options off the hibachi grill

We have not visited this place in about 4 years due to my wife finding the pad that soaks up blood in a chicken package in her food. (Not hibachi) Went last night because my parents wanted to take my son to eat for his 18th birthday. The worst hibachi experience I've ever had. The waiter did not say anything other than asked how my steak was to be cooked. He did nothing but cool the food which was mediocre. He did no tricks for the kids or even say hi. My dad asked for yum yum sauce when he got his rice. The cook looked at him and then went back to cooking. My mom went and asked the waitress if we could have yum yum, keep in mine it is on the cooks cart. He hears her I assume grabs it and starts pouring it directly over my dads entire plate. Then grabs the trays and slams them in front of everyone and fills them. The wait staff was fine but the cook was extremely rude. I can assure you we will never be back and highly recommend driving somewhere else.

My family and I walked in, and we were sat at a table. Our first clue to leave should have been when the waiter arrive and asked what we wanted to eat before the menus were handed out. Then the chef arrived, he places all the rice and noodles on at the same time. We had 8 people (he used only two eggs) for the fried rice. No salt no pepper. Just rice, egg and soy sauce (that didnt even cover all the rice). When he put the rice on my husbands plate it went all over the table. Then he put all the meat for 8 people. (Steak, chicken, shrimp, scallops, and lobster. He left the seafood while he cooked the steaks. I asked for medium rare and was given a pile of the medium. The cuts were inconsistent. My steak was not cut through so i had to pull apart. Portions were not equal. Then he cooked the seafood and my daughters scallops were so overcooked they were rubber. Same with the lobster. He continued to cook seafood while he finished the chicken. He kept touching the raw chicken and then would touch the vegetables. (Can we say cross contamination). After the chicken was cooked then he cooked the shrimp and scallops. Then he cooked lobster. There was no show, no tricks, he did not even say thank you at the end. He did not say how is everything. Nothing. Just cleaned grill and left. Horrible experience. Wish I would not have paid $100 for that meal. Never return

Good food- but EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE SERVICE- including being seated by hostess! We (4-people) arrived 10-min before our friends- & -even with 3-hibachi grills empty & 10+ tables EMPTY- we were told to stand by the door till everyone was there- entire meal was moody staff & our party was just happy to be eating....

I came here today and the service was okay. it wasn't outstanding but it wasn't horrible. The chef was friendly, but the waitresses were not very talkative although they were fast with refills. The food was good and there was no issue with that. My problem was I went to bathroom and noticed that the person in the stall next to me was doing number 2, and we happen to leave our stalls at the same time. I realized that person was a waitress and she did not wash her hands. she walked right out of the bathroom. I know she didn't wash her hands in the kitchen either because I walked out a few seconds after her and she was making drinks. As someone who has dealt with illnesses due to the person serving me food not washing their hands, It really concerned me and gave this restaurant a bad look. I'm really hoping this restaurant enforces their employees to wash their hands more especially in front of customers.

too many bad reviews, i love the chicken hibachi i make a call in order and get so much food as a carry out probably every other week. the order lasts me about 2 1/2 meals. i love the noodles, although it is hard to understand on the phone but you basically just say what you want then pick it up in 15 mins
