What a gem! We stopped in here on a road trip and had a great meal. This is good ole down home cooking with great service! I recommend the burger and fries! They also have fresh cakes and pies too!!

Simple little restaurant with great food and really good service. My two friends had the open faced roast beef on toast with brown gravy and mashed potatoes with pickled beets on the side. I had a patty melt that was two small perfectly cooked patties on buttered sourdough sliced bread with grilled onions. I couldn't eat it fast enough! De-licious! Service from Wendy was friendly and on point. It was literally freezing cold outside and with the volume of comings and goings, even with double door entry, it was hard to stay warm. I'd definitely stop here again!

Yep, very good place. Friday nights they have a catfish special. Some of the best catfish I ever had. Comes with one or two large fillets and your choice of three sides plus hushpuppies. I'm going there tonight. Note that they're only open until 8:00, so don't dawdle. Homemade pies are amazing, too.

Very surprised by this place. We were driving through & decided to take a chance on this restaurant.We are so glad we did! The fried chicken was super crispy & not greasy. Mashed potatoes are real & not powder. We also tried chess pie which was just like my Grandmother use to make. Very pleased with the service as well. We went on a Sunday & it was packed but we were swiftly waited on. Prices are great portions are big.

Damn good home cookin, from east KY and out there working for AT&T will definitely be back to try something else! Waitress was great as well.

Our favorite place to eat as a family or even an easy date night! I've gotten something different every time I've gone and its all phenomenal!
