Mr Pancho's Food Truck

I ate at the Mr. Pancho's restaurant in Radcliff, KY next to Sonic. It was great! Very nice presentation, huge plates, great flavor and service. Lime margaritas were also super good. Will definitely be returning!

This place caught my attention as I was heading to town for an appt. The prices are a tad bit steep, but given we're in a world with price hikes they're probably well within the competitive range to what's in the area.I was pretty hungry so there wasn't much left of what you see in my pic of the nachos. This is actually a good thing and tells you it was worth every bite.There was a good balance in each bite. I'm a wimp when it comes to heat so the jalapeños that comes with this order had to get pushed aside but thankfully it was not drowning in it that the slight heat from remnants on a chip was still enjoyable.I didn't get the chance to take a pic of their menu but am guessing you may be able to find it on their FB page.I would've ordered an horchata if it was offered on their menu. The only reason why I didn't ask is because I already had a drink from a previous stop.If I'm in the area again, I may try something else on their menu but will definitely have to be just as hungry to make the cost worth it on return.There'll be an update to my review on my next visit

Awesome food, awesome people!! Service is great as they bring my order to my car! The Mulita is great!! There are picnic tables if you want to picnic there!
