Blink and you will miss this place. And that would be a tragedy. It's in a small house, but the flavors Chef Toi is creating are off the charts. I ordered the Foxy Lady, Dirty Old Man, and Executioner. I wish I had taken menu photos, but alas I did not. Picked Foxy Lady because it had super white.Picked Dirty Old Man because it was Chef's choice sashimi with avocado.Picked Executioner because of all the over the top spicy ingredients-- so as a hot head I had to try it.I didn't really use any wasabi, soy, or ginger-- it wasn't needed. But I did use the Ponzu that Chef Toi included because it added an awesome punch to the fish.Everything was amazing. Super fresh and high quality fish. Perfectly rolled sushi. Gorgeous presentation. And the heat on that Executioner? OUTSTANDING. If you're like me and always order the spiciest thing only to often be disappointed you absolutely MUST go try this roll. Instant adrenaline rush from the spice. If you know me, you know I actively seek the best sushi. And in the midwest that is a difficult quest--especially after having it on the different coasts. Moyashi is the best I've found in Indiana.

My husband and I have been enjoying Toi's sushi since she was at Sakka Blue. Food is fresh, always amazing. I always get the Goodyear Roll, it's my favorite. My husband and tries different rolls but hasn't found one he didn't like. Toi is an amazing chef and the food is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Chef Toi makes the most delicious sushi in Southeast Indiana. It is fresh and made to order. It's hard to believe you're in the middle of nowhere eating amazing sushi!

Prompt service, friendly people. Food is beyond yummy! Toi is a trained sushi chef and it is obvious. Every roll I've had is delicious. Her clam chowder is famous and perfect. Love getting my sushi fix at Moyashi. We have Moyashi sushi 2 or 3 times a month.

Best sushi in town HANDS DOWN!!! Toi is an artist and has been bringing us amazing sushi since Sakka Blue, onto Fresh Cut, and now at Moyashi!! The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming! I haven't met a sushi roll I didn't enjoy! The "Bacon on the 1st Date" appetizer is so delicious, great as an appetizer or a dessert!!!! I brought my young son and he had a tasty platter of scrambled eggs!!! My favorite rolls have cream cheese - so I recommend Goodyear, Jeff Roll, Texas, Sunday Morning, New Orleans, Bandito or Ninja!!!
