Food was excellent and service was great. Shana took great care of us and even recommended a delicious vegetarian dish for my wife.

We loved our experience at Moo Moo's last week. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary while visiting French Lick.We got there early for our reservation so had a drink at the bar. The bartender was so personable. We started with a spicy margarita (I think called Slowpoke Rodriquez) and a Mojito. Both were really good and we got seconds with our meal. My husband thought it was one of the best mojito's he's had before. The bartender (Alix) was a pleasure to speak with and then decided to eat our meal in the bar area, too.For entrees, I got the Garlic Beurre Blanc and my husband got the Fried Grouper. My pasta dish was outstanding - with the spicy sauce and oodles of garlic. My husband also loved his fried grouper. I also snuck a few bites of his potato gratin - yummy! Both entrees came with a said salad to start.We loved our experience at Moo Moo's and would recommend it to anyone. I would also recommend eating in the bar area and spending time with Alix. It's those personal conversations that really set a place apart from others.

My wife and I chose this gem for our anniversary dinner, and boy, did it exceed expectations!First off, we arrived promptly at 6:30 PM for our reservation, just in time to beat the dinner rush. Our waitress was an absolute delight--attentive, friendly, and she knew her stuff. Her recommendations were spot on, guiding us through the menu with expert precision.I opted for the New York strip cooked medium, and it was a carnivorous dream. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection--it hit all the right notes. But let's talk about those sidewinder fries. Folks, these are not your average fries. They were crispy, seasoned just right, and honestly, the best I've ever had.Now, my wife went for the Garlic Beurre Blanc with chicken instead of shrimp, and they were more than happy to accommodate. The dish was a symphony of flavors, creamy with just the right hint of garlic, and the chicken was tender and cooked to perfection.To top it all off, Moo Moo's surprised us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. It was a sweet touch (literally) that made our evening even more special.In summary, Moo Moo's Steakhouse gets a resounding 5 stars from us. From the impeccable service to the mouthwatering food, it's clear they know how to treat their guests right. We're already planning our next trip to French Lick, and you can bet we'll be back to indulge in another unforgettable meal at Moo Moo's!

Chimmichuri has really good! 2 out of 3 filets turned out as expected. Nice spot to go outside the hotel. Service was excellent

Unannounced extra charges and a waiter that was more argumentative than helpful. 1.) Let your patrons know that there is an extra charge for bread. Two small loaves of bread for 10 people is not quite enough. 2.) Let your patrons know there is a charge for an extra plate for splitting a meal. 3.) if you forget to put in an order... and your patron says don't bring it out, 4 times. You don't bring it out. 4.) we are your only table in a restaurant that wasn't too full on a Sunday a night. Be attentive. Some of like to tip well for great service.Other than that... Food was great and Value was decent. Well accept for the filet that was moving off the plate. Just having a waiter argue w us over an extra bread charge wasn't on my bingo card for the weekend. I guess the waiter decided he didn't like our table and figured he would just decide to try to ruin our evening.

This was our first time eating here, and we were HIGHLY impressed. For the quality of the food, the prices were great. The steaks were excellent, and we loved the seasoning on every dish. The server did bring complimentary bread with butter and a caesar salad. The desert menu looked great... but we were too full!The restaurant ambiance and service were great. We came on a Sunday evening, so it wasn't super crowded. We really liked our drinks, but we did think they were a tad overpriced. Overall, we can't wait to revisit when we're back in French Lick!

Juan is a great server and couldn't do enough for us! The steak is delicious and we highly recommend New York strip! From drinks to dessert this is amazing! We will be back!

Kayla was amazing on her very first day! It's hard to please a table full of Karen's, but she did! Gluten free options are limited.The chicken curry was juicy and delicious. The filet was perfectly cooked to my medium-rare preference. The asparagus was cooked perfectly firm yet cooked. Scallops were well cooked. Holiday drinks were a hit. The loss of one star is only because they could be a little better educated on gluten free menu items and more gluten friendly. We were very pleased!

Really impressed! Staying at west Hayden the food isn't all that good. We wanted something yummy in the area and Moo MooS does it. They make all their own dressings- yum! I had their ribeye and it was buttery and delicious. Our server was so sweet and made us the most delicious mocktail.

Drinks at the bar were very well prepared. Service was typical for Southern Indiana, very friendly. Our steaks were very good. No complaints. I would definitely return.
