Love this coffee shop! Ambiance is calming and relaxing with a cute patio in the back, tables and cozy chairs and couches inside. It's much larger on the inside than it appears from the outside. Many coffee and beverage choices and lots of yummy food and pastry choices as well. My last visit included a maple-cinnamon latte and a (huge) yummy salad with a slice of carrot cake to go. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Our family moved to the area a few years ago & literally the first time we drove through downtown Franklin, the sign for Mill House Cafe caught my eye but because of Covid regulations, we weren't able to go until a few months later. The first time I visited, I took my mom there for lunch & we were so impressed with the food & quick service. The owner himself delivered our meal & chatted with us a bit. That's small town service right there! I've been there many times since with out of town guests or local friends & family & we all agree this is such a great coffee shop! The coffee drinks are always on point, menu options are all delish & desserts are out-of-this-world good! It's such a charming coffee shop & I couldn't be more excited that they opened the cutest shop next door with all sorts of beautiful gifts & home decor! How can you go wrong with shopping & coffee!? (You can't & the owners nailed it!!)

It's amazing that this is the first review for the Mill House Cafe. I've eaten here regularly for the last month and it's amazing! Never had the coffee because I always order the Arnold Palmer(which is the best I've ever had). As far as the sandwiches, salads, and sides, I have nothing negative to say but everything positive. This Mill House is a hidden gem in our small town and just a late back place to spend time with friends and family.Sorry about the Photo, I had to get on that Mac and Cheese soon as it came out! Don't walk by, walk in!

My daughter and I stopped in yesterday while in Kentucky antique shopping. Absolutely loved it. Easy parking, the atmosphere was lovely and the food was great! I had a panini and pasta salad that was tasty and my daughter enjoyed a dirty chai tea. Can't wait to come when it's warm and sit outside in the adorable courtyard.

I love Mill House! Their BG location is situated downtown near many popular locations and attractions, Millhouse has many unique options and fabulous food. Love that this is a small business and not another big company with low-quality espresso. I cannot emphasize how MANY unique and seasonal lattes they have - love to see that they are consistently finding new things to try. I love coming here early morning to study or read as it is often quiet and full of natural light. Great Saturday morning breakfast spot too! Can't say enough good things ;)

Nice coffee shop on the square, lots of seating available and a large meeting room, patrons were meeting for lunch / walking in to pick up coffees, and working on laptops, counter service was efficient and friendly, menu for meals + treats & of course, coffee....ordered an iced macchiato and a frapp, both were good and would go back.
