Mike's Donut Shop

I had tried Franks Donuts and, let me tell you, this is much better than Franks. For the five donuts, we got, it was $3.80, which is a great price for donuts.The average end, we got the glazed and the jelly filled. They were ok, but nothing terribly special. On the higher end, the blueberry cake had a lot of blueberry in it and the donut was nice and moist. The caramel long john had a great amount of filling and the glaze had a great toffee flavor to it. The best was the vanilla glazed cake. The vanilla glaze was on point and the cake had a lemon cake flavor to it. It was unexpected and very delicious!Definitely give this place a visit in the future!

I JUST noticed this spot a couple weeks ago, so I stopped by here this morning to pick up three dozen donuts for my coworkers for a Friday treat. It's a bit of a small, but roomy space with a donut counter, a little bistro table, and plenty of standing room. I'm not sure how business looks the rest of the day, but at right before 7am, about half of the donuts in the glass display case seemed to be gone already.I didn't notice any prices, but three dozen donuts were about $23 (roughly $7-10 per box). Great deal! Oh, and the shop does accept debit/credit cards. The man working the counter (I assume it is probably Mike....) was very personable and friendly. Great service, there!I ate two of the donuts today --- they were perfect (just the right texture and a minimal amount of crumbs) and delicious. Definitely keeping this donut shop in mind for future treats!

Mike's was great! We were in town for vacation and checked Yelp for Donuts and I'm so glad we did. Great donuts and great prices. You may want to get there early though because we got there around 9:45 and the selection was limited because some items were sold out. It didn't matter though because what we had was so good!

Mike's has been closed the last couple of days, states he has sold out, but he never opened. I had been there at 5:30 am shortly after he should be open, and there there was no one there. I am not sure why this business doesn't keep consistent hours, but when you want to rcount on a place for donuts on the way into work, only to find they decided not to open, it can cost you having to run to another place. Luckily there are other reliable options nearby. but this has not been the first time for me, so I may just head straight for the others.

Hands down best donuts in Georgetown. Sells out quick but worth getting there early. Looking forward to my next sour cream donut and a lovely apple fritter that doesn't leave grease every where!!

Best donuts in town! The cream cheese frosted donuts are to die for. They only accept cash, and once they sell out, the doors close, but you won't be disappointed.

Way better than Franks donuts !!! Will definitely come back. Chocolate long horns are delicious .

Highly recommend ! The glazed , chocolate glazed & the blueberry glazed are phenomenal ! The best moist donuts I have ever ate ! & yes I am a donut connoisseur

These are the best donuts ever- they put Frank's Donuts (down the street) to shame! I've enjoyed these for years, as I grew up in this town. Absolutely awesome, so get there early for best selection!

mikes donuts are the best in town. I usually miss out because I like to sleep in, but today mom wake me up. So we stopped at the donut shop. After the first bite I told mom I Love These Donuts They Are So Fluffy. I will always return if iI can wake up before he sells out.
