Food is awesome and the margaritas are even better. The service is good. On busy nights you may have to wait but it's worth it!

Always good food. Ive done pick up but mostly dine in. Only real complaint is my food is hardly ever hot. Its warm and still tastes good but its not hot like it should be

Nothing fancy looking or anything fancy unusual. The food is yummy and the service is good. We come back regularly for the Pollo Feliz. My kiddo also really likes the fried ice cream.

Garbage! Placed take out order over the phone. Ordered Polo Feliz (happy chicken). Stated that I wanted at least 10 tortillas with the happy chicken. When I got back home (20+min drive). I got 4 tortillas. I also ordered two flan. Got home and they were on top of the hot food in the bag so they were warm dog shit! Also...flan should not have foamy whipped cream and colored sprinkles on top like a 6 year olds soft serve ice cream cone!!!Absolute garbage!!!! I would steer clear...they obviously don't give a shit about the trash food that they are serving or the customer service! How hard can it be? It's chicken and rice and tortillas!!!!

do not come here worst $20 i ever spent rice was hard and cold wont be surpised if the food was in the fridge for weeks. i wish i could give them no stars

My friend and I went into the Miguels in Irvington, ky today and nobody was at the front desk the whole time we were there to where I started calling the front desk to get someone to come and while I was doing that I seen a cockroach crawling around on the desk where we order i asked my friend if that was a bug and she screeched and we immediately left.
