Miguel's Mexican Restaurant

Our go-to Mexican restaurant. The chips are always fresh and food is always good. Also, seems to be a bit cleaner than other Mexican restaurants in the area. Rarely have issues with service. Salsa is fine but could be better. Jalapeño margarita is great if they used sliced/diced jalapeños!

The service was excellent and it is a huge space for a restaurant plenty of seating. Salsa and chips were good as well as the food was excellent. The wait was practically non existent. They were very quick with seating and getting our food. I'd definitely return and recommend this restaurant.

A perfectly ok mexican place. There wasn't anything that stood out to me, which is why I don't rate it higher. The service was good though. Food was good, this spot is a bit further down past the Stateline of Indiana / Kentucky Bridge across the Ohio. A great job is being done to be compliant on social distancing and cleaning. Masks are worn and couldn't have enjoyed our meal more. There is an outside dining area too.Enchiladas good, preferably chicken over the ground beef.Chile Relleno, basically a stuffed pepper, was very good. but missing something.Chips warm and fresh, salsa okay and very mild.Extra fresh and extra sweet tea.Side tip..... Next door is a nice local liquor store with a great selection of bourbon.

Food was the typical Tex Mex style which is what we expected, especially for a town like Brandenburg. We went in on a weekday night about an hour prior to closing. Service was quick and refills came without us having to ask. Salsa was subpar, which is what I base alot of my ratings for Mexican restaurants off of. Gotta have good salsa. But the Miguel's fajitas I had were very flavorful. Definitely a good spot to eat at if you're in the area.

We're from Texas so we know Tex Mex. This is pretty much the same but the beans aren't very flavorful. Prices are good, margaritas are strong, and there is variety on the menu.

Going here just makes my day complete! Granted I only get the quesadilla here but I used to eat some of the other menu items and they are all amazing! The staff is excellent. During covid they give numbers for pick ups and you can easily dine in. I really feel at home when coming to Miguel's. The only weird things that have happened are that sometimes the lettuce has too much water but they will gladly help with anything you need replaced if the food is not to your satisfaction.

The place wasn't clean first of all. I am from Arizona and this food was not good mexican food. I ordered a taco salad which should have beans meat lettuce tomatoes lettuce pico de gallo guacamole and sour cream this salad had meat lettuce and tomato and sour cream. My husband ordere the carne asada tacos with rice and beans and all they brought him was two tacos with a few chunks of onion ans meat and cilantro no pico del gallo or rice and beans.

I have 4 daughters who all HAVE to goto Miguel's whenever they are home from school or work. Chicken Fajitas, Chicken Picado and Enchilada's are all all excellent.

Hair in food. Nasty, paper towel in drink. Nasty horrible service. No silver ware had to find it off a different table. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
