Updating my review because this is no longer Blender. Middletown Nutrition is associated with Ville Nutrition, and I love the change. This team offers better options, consistency and customer service. My favorite combo is the strawberry banana protein shake with graham cracker crumbles, paired with a cherry limeade energy tea. They have so many others and way more adventurous than my preferred order. Interior offers some seating, including comfy chairs at the front window.

A fun, bright unique coffee shop! Service was fast and friendly and the iced coffee was amazing. Right off Shelbyville rd near Popeyes

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The items (even the teas!!!) are extremely overpriced and taste horrible. My friends and I tried several items (before we realized it was a Herbalife front), and each shake was chalky and tasted pretty badly. I got the plant-based cinnamon roll, and it didn't taste cinnamon-y at all. We walked out and immediately threw them away. The owner was friendly, but the shakes are definitely not worth going back.This place is a front for Herbalife Nutrition products - a pyramid scheme/multi-level marketing company that scams hundreds (if not thousand) of people out of their money. Herbalife itself has proven to have really awful side effects, and I encourage you to look into the research by reputable institutions that highlight the negative effects of Herbalife products.

Love this place! I've been twice so far and any time in in the area I'm sure to go! Very knowledgeable staff, super friendly, and great to talk to, making you feel welcomed and as if they know you. Love the shakes and tea-- make well, taste fantastic, and they're healthy, which is very important to me. Very clean, sleek, and simple look that is very warm and welcoming to me. I absolutely will continue to be a loyal customer and try to taste as many shakes and teas as possible!

Summer hours... it's closes at 6:30pm which makes me happy because I need my shake after work! The shakes are pretty good while some taste like their name, others don't. Love the vegan options and lactose free! I have felt full for about 4 hrs after drinking one. My favorite is Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Reese! Prices are good! This business is black owned and the owner is very friendly and kind. Hope this business last years to come!

I had an amazing experience. My brownie batter shake was delicious and I loved the cherry bomb energy drink. Love having the option does a quick on the go meal without needing to grab drive thru junk.

This is a front for Herbalife which is a pyramid scheme. The Herbalife products have been linked to lots of negative side effects and it is not actually healthy for you. Save your money. The shakes aren't good or good for you and the prices are super high. The owner was very friendly but not worth it.

Blend is great! I frequent this place a lot. Very tasty shakes with lots of options to choose from. The staff is friendly. Glad that they are in Middletown.

I stopped by Blend Middletown as I was excited upon hearing about it opening as I am always looking for healthy food and drink options as there are not many around. I thought the shake and energy tea I bought were awesome, great tasting and after speaking with the very friendly owner who said she is from Middletown I found out the nutrition value to be just what I was looking for. I will be back for sure and recommend it to anyone who wants to choose a healthy alternative that is actually good for you.
