An absolute gem. A bit hidden from the street, I was not prepared for the incredibly expansive oasis that is Michler's. Offering everything from native plants, flowers, herbs bonsai, single stems, arrangements, larger plants, and most likely anything you could want, I had so much fun just walking around. The expansiveness may get a tad overwhelming and feel like a maze, but the signage makes it quite easy to navigate, and overall it is well organized. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quite helpful. In addition, hey have a great little cafe to grab snacks and drinks. While the pricing of the plants is a tad on the higher side in my opinion, the selection, convenience, and quality is truly fantastic. Would definitely recommend and will be returning to fully explore some more.

Michler's gave me a full refund and was very receptive to the concerns I had and are planning to make changes to this arrangement in the future. Thank you guys, you really didn't have to refund my payment at all, but I do appreciate the follow up.

Wonderful Spring perennial sale every year. Very well organized to handle a large amount of shoppers that flock there for the sale. Staff is very Helpful.I also enjoy their Bonsai and House plant sections

Just ordered on the phone from Mitchler's since I'm out of state and wanted to send a bouquet to family for Christmas! I spoke to Jessica on the phone. She was awesome. Helped me decide on exactly what I wanted and the exact delivery date. She's going to send a photo of the flowers with the receipt and I can see why the reviews are so high.Prices are quite reasonable and service is incredible ! Thank you!

Today I ordered a floral arrangement for same day delivery. I spoke with J. Michler, who is outstanding to work with. I had assumed that someone would be at the recipient's home all day, but learned that was not so. Michler's made sure that the arrangement was not delivered until late afternoon when someone would be home. I received a call from my brother about 4:30 saying that the "exquisite" arrangement had arrived during the requested time frame. The service was fantastic and I have been sent a picture of the gorgeous arrangement.Thank you, Michler's!

I have been sending a flower subscription twice a month for half a year and they have been a unique and beautiful gift.Everyone I have talked with has been lovely. I live out of state -yet when I went to Lexington, I visited Michler's greenhouses and soaked in the Southern charm.

It's scary, ordering funeral flowers without being there in person to choose. You never know if you'll be getting the perfect arrangement for the cost. Well, no need to worry when ordering from Michler's. The young lady who answered the phone at Michler's was a gem, making the order (and sentiment card with 6 names on it) a quick and easy process. Michler flowers are not only beautiful, but live a lot longer than most other florists. I've been using Michlers for years and always happy with the arrangements.

I helped my cousin order flowers for his girlfriend's birthday while he was overseas. The flower delivery arrived on her birthday (as ordered), and they were beautiful! We chose the Abigail arrangement that had the pink and white lilies. His girlfriend loved them. They were fresh and beautiful. If he or I need flowers again, we will be sure to use Michler's!
