Metro Pain Associates has truly been a blessing from God himself and I am BEYOND grateful for Gary, Jessica, Kim, and their staff! They have allowed me to get my life back and excel in my career. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has serious pain that affects quality of life. Dr.Reaser, FNP Jessica, and Kimberly are all very passionate, cool, and professional physicians with integrity. These are very knowledgeable and qualified medical professionals that will take great care of you safely and effectively, no doubt. Their treatment program has allowed me to build back my physical and mental strength. I also would like to mention that their front desk receptionist is a very helpful, kind, and understanding woman. Shoutout to Katy as well, she's awesome. I wouldn't want to be a patient anywhere else, 10/10 experience for me.

One of the best and most thorough exams I've ever gotten. This clinic is a hidden gem if you are seeking a doctor they will take the time to examine your issue, recommend courses of action that could help, that actually cares. The staff is equally as professional and thorough.

Since moving to Louisville we have visited Metro Pain. Moving to a new city and trying to find a Pain Management doctor is very difficult and the fine staff at Metro Pain was great from the start. Since 2013 we have never had any issues with the staff and they are always helpful. The staff is very professional and they have always appeared to follow all state and federal guidelines for pain management facilities. For those of you that are not familiar with this last statement, let me assure you, this is very important when dealing with a pain management facility. The staff has always been open and honest with their policies and have always been nice to us. If you're in the market for a good professional facility give Metro a try. This service isn't available for everyone but when you need a service like this, Metro Pain is as good as it gets.

Not everyone will ever need a pain physician but if you ever do, this is by far the best in town - that's coming from a RN so I pick up on things most folks may not even notice or consider. Dr Reasor has been a God send for me and I am thankful for his services. They follow the strictest of guidelines put forth by the state of KY - and they were doing that before the law told them they had to. I have been a patient here since 2009 and have always felt as though my pain management teamf was engaged. The staff have always been friendly and return my calls promptly. They are so much more than a place to pick up a script - they work to eliminate or decrease the sensation of pain in any way they can - epidurals, nerve ablations, trigger point injections, pain pump insertion and management, nerve stimulator insertion and management and probably others I do not have personal knowledge. He has given me back the ability to work by managing my debilitating pain, which is and always will be the goal of care for me. This is not the place for you if you are looking for a monthly opioid prescription. It's important to know that your pain physician is engaged - I have never had a pain crisis that wasNot addressed promptly. I can't say enough about the respectable and professional work of this team - and like I said previously, I am a nurse so I tend to look at things with my "nurse glasses" which means my expectation are likely much higher than most. I hope this practice continues to grow with latest technologies while Maintaining their high level of professionalism. I would recommend this group to anyone and have.

The staff has no consideration for the patients. Rude and unprofessional throughout the office. There were a few highlight employees but by far the majority made me feel like a number, or a paycheck:(! After trying to get a procedure scheduled for over 6 months I finally moved on when they told me "don't call us we will call you!"

Coy is new to the office. I met him today at my appointment. He made a great deal of effort to help me fill in my annual update on their lap pad. I had to go to Coy five times for help. He was so polite, gracious, knowledgeable & personable. He also took time to chat with me, even though he was having a very busy day. As I watched him check in other patients, he gave everyone the same excellent attention. He deserves a 100% rating. I also want to give Nurse Practitioner Kim Hollcroft a special thanks. She has cared for me for a long time. She is a total delight! No only is she super smart & highly educated, she is extremely caring & attentive to your needs. I am very grateful to her for her exemplary medical help & making me feel better with her kindness. All gold stars for Kim too! Also many thanks to all of the lab technicians at Metro Pain Assoc. Would give a ZERO but can't. They were extremely difficult from the beginning. I was in pain mgmt in OKLAHOMA and moved back to KY. My Dr sent the referral over and my pain mgmt place in OK sent my medical records. However, they kept saying they needed a release of care saying I was no longer going to my last pain mgmt office....IN OKLAHOMA. You can't even provide this type of care across state lines. That was squared away finally and it was a 1.5 month wait to get in for my first visit. I had my appt down for 7/25. On 7/24, they sent me a link to complete my paperwork for my "upcoming appointment". I spent 15 minutes doing so, just to have them call me and say my appt was THAT DAY and I missed it. I explained that I had it as 7/25. She even said she wondered why I did all the paperwork but didn't come in. Why is the paperwork do at the time of appt? Anyway, you could easily see that it was a mistake and not a no show. She didn't care...told me if I were to reschedule there would be a $150 no-show fee and it would have to be paid before I could reschedule. She had no mercy at all...just kept saying, I am sorry that is the way it is. I am not even a patient yet. Very frustrating. Would not recommend and after seeing these reviews, I can completely see why it is that way....he seems to be all about the dollar. No thanks.

To whom it may concern, I went to Dr.Reasors office for two visits, and this physicialn has got to be the best top notch pain management Dr in this area!! Unfortunately, HIS NURSES MAKES HIS DECISION WHO HE SEES AND WHO HE DON'T!! I had been to my family dr prior to this appointment and my family dr called my medicines into my pharmacy and placed them on uto refill for the next 90 days. When Dr.Reasor called my medicine in , the pharmacy had ALREADY refilled my meds from family dr, but i had NOT picked the medicine up. When I got a text from pharmacy that my meds were ready , I went thru drive thru to get it and when I open the bag up it was the meds from my FAMILY dr NOT Dr.Reasor. So I went inside the pharmacy and told the pharmacist to destroy this meds because i had went to a pain management clinic and was given A different script and I couldn't recieved both!! So pharmacist put some kind of liquid in the full bottle of medicine and destroyed it. I video...this. In 2 days I was to get the medicine Dr.Reasor BUT INSTEAD I GET A CALL from HIS NURSE and she tells me that SHES DISCHARGING me as a patient BECAUSE I got a script from family dr filled. I explained how it was an AUTO refill and I didn't even know until i picked up thru drive thru, told pharmacist and she wrote a statement saying she destroyed them but SADLY , WITHOUT LISTENING TO ANY OF THIS....SHE MADE A DECISION FOR DR. REASOR. The pharmacy suggested I seek legal advice!! Against the nurse..
