I love that the staff are all wearing masks and enforcing that customers wear theirs in a manner that covers both their nose and mouth. It makes me feel as though they take the pandemic and safety of their customers seriously. Because of this I will be shopping here instead of Home Depot or Lowe's. Another high point of my trip was it was very easy to get in touch with an associate at the store over the phone to check product availability prior to my coming to the store. Once I got there it was very easy to find a store associate who was willing and able to help me find everything that I needed for this shopping trip, and answer all the questions I had. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about the items in their department. Love the friendly staff and great customer service. Will be coming back again, and again.

Giant store. Lots to look at, however your mask police cost you a sale today. I understand they are just doing their job, however the Ky mask mandate states that it is my right not to wear one if I have a medical condition. When I let them know that, I was told I couldn't check out. So, I left my cart and walked out. I won't be back.

Needed assistance in plumbing section. Went and found associate to call for someone to come to plumbing. Two guys come to plumbing and stand there socializing over their weekend for 15 minutes and never ask what I need. I found it myself. I go to check out and it appears to be a u scan so I start scanning, a rude teenager says, this isn't a self checkout, ,, well if you where you should be, I wouldn't have been able to access it!!! Than he checks out my cart like I just stole the hope diamond,,, I used to drive to Owensboro because I loved Menards so much but Elizabethtown is such a disappointment!! I will never return!! I threw my receipt away instead of submitting my rebate!! It made me sad!!!

My sister purchased laminate kitchen countertops from Menards in E-Town. The countertops were delivered over two weeks later than promised. After installing the countertops we noticed the laminate on the facing was defective, so we called Menards. After several discussions (we called each time - they never return a call), and providing clear, 4k photos, they said that they were not responsible because we had installed the countertops already. This is not in the warranty. Note that whether or not they had been installed, they were clearly defective and would need to be replaced either way. It's not like these custom countertops are a restock bin item.Much fingerprinting between Menards and the manufacturer. Manufacture is not standing behind their product, and Menards is not standing up for their customer. I remain hopeful but not optimistic based on the level of customer service to date.

I ordered and prepaid for custom, laminate counter tops, which after paying for installation, we noticed numerous manufacturers mistakes. My order took double the promised time to be delivered. Now it has been another month trying to get the issue resolved. Menards blames manufacturers for not being cooperative. I purchased from Menards and expected Menards to support me on this issue. So far that has not been the case. Still waiting.

This Menards in Elizabethtown is a good store unless you need special orders. I have had quit a few special order problems with them. only part of a order comes in and they tell you it's all there or orders come in missing parts. whoever is checking in orders and running this department should be moved back to cleaning the restrooms. When you confront them on how long to get the rest of the order it's always maby another 2-3weeks on their screwup. Do better Menards

Menards claims they have a 11% rebate on most items in the store. Did you know they stop this rebate during the holidays? Neither did I. Why? To maximize profits. Menards advertising is very misleading just to get ppl in their store. No not dishonest but very very close to it.

My wife hurt her foot here because of a careless cashier. The management does not care at all. I am not allowing her to go back in there ever again. All of the money we wasted here I regret spending, They are racist and rude here.

Wow!!! We always have such fine people that help us at Menards, but some people go the extra mile to make your shopping experience rewarding. Two people come to mind...... Chuck is just the best and Bruce is just awesome!! This past weekend Bruce helped my husband to locate the proper fittings to assemble some shelves that were not included in the delivered box. No.... It wasn't even Menards product, nonetheless Bruce looked at it as a personal achievement to find these couple cheap fittings that we couldn't do without!! Kudos to Bruce as well as Chuck!!Awesome employees!!!!
