Puppets! Marionettes! Halloween! Oh my!My wife and I took our 3 and 5 year old kids to Nashville a Friday in October to walk and explore. One of the stops was the Melchior Marionette Theatre. I was great fun. It is located right on the main strip of Van Buren Street. The cost is $5 per person - I think two and under are free. The show lasts about 20 minutes and it is well worth the cost. The woman who put it on exhibits a sense of love of her work. The show was very entertaining. Since we were there in October, the theme was a haunted puppet show (slightly haunted - not scary at all). Additionally, there is free popcorn for everyone!Loved the show, the art and the enthusiasm of the owners.
