Mazunte Taqueria

Haven't been in forever as remote and live 20 miles away. Went into office today, and said, hey, let me go back. Still busy as ever which means, delicious. The verde is everything just like I remembered it. You can get it at Kroger but just not the same. Their red one, can't remember but was middle spice for better over time. Friendly staff and packed inside, just like I remember. Try everything! Never a bad meal

Great restaurant! Authentic fast casual meal Food: enchiladas, chips and guacamole were excellent. Loved their salsa bar. Their horchata and their margarita was good too! Decor: cute, comfortable and inviting Service: very friendly

Plenty of parking front and back. Not a lot of indoor seating but outdoor will be great when it warms up. I really like the decor it is different from what I usually see in Mexican restaurants. It was warm and cozy. The seating is not cushioned so bring your own if needed. The food was so good! It is a smallish menu but the items are flavorful! Even the black beans! Order at the counter, get your identifying marker, get your own drinks and your door will show up shortly. Good food, nice people and a lovely atmosphere. Give them a try for a casual meals experience.

MUST TRY!!!Being from Arizona I'm always a bit skeptical trying Mexican food if the state isn't on the southern border. We went in on a weekday for lunch. Everyone spoke very little English which was a good sign of the possibility of good Mexican food. We ordered: Chips & Salsa, Tacos (Fish, Steak, Pastor (special)), Tamales (Chicken and Pork). The chips are uncut fried tortillas which some people might not like having to be pretty handsy with them. Each taco had incredible individualized fix-ins. It's a shame when other taco places do the same for every taco but they don't work with every protein. Tacos are a must try!! I preferred the Chicken Tamale more but both were good. The side of rice was tasty. Overall, this has to be the best Mexican food in Cincinnati!!!

This is straight up the best mexican you'll get in cincy. Fresh and made to order, with tons of flavor in each dish. I crave the steak tacos with goat cheese nearly every day

This place is amazing! A casual, delicious, Mexican street food spot. You order at the counter, find a seat at a cute picnic table and they the bring the food to you. You eat deliciousness and consider ordering more. We will be back!

If you are looking for a good taco you can't go wrong with Mazunte! The chicken tacos are my favorite the chorizo is a close 2nd.If you are like me and don't like onions be cautious while ordering because the chicken tacos have onions in them but they are big enough to be picked out and don't leave a taste.

Used to be iffy on Mazunte but now I'm all aboard. This place consistently delivers great food and margs! Breaded fish taco is my favorite and the tamales were great, preferred pork with mole sauce. Order at the register and grab a seat outside and you won't be disappointed. Classic taco shop vibes, nothing fancy, just really good, fresh food

I've been to this location and the one downtown. The food is delicious and the service is always super fast. We've always gone at the right time before the rush so we get to enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely get the big chips and the queso.
