Masterson's Appliance

This is a scam repair company. Their appliances are junk, and always need fixing, Wand their repairmen are hate mongering scammers who keep you in debt. Warranties mean nothing with this group. They sold appliances to my ailing mother who was dying of Cancer, and relentlessly hated her and took advantage of her, just for sheer sadistic evil meanness. They charge hundreds to fix things that go bad within three weeks again, and then charge again. Avoid these hateful creatures. They do nothing but lie, cheat, steal, kill, and destroy.

Great sales and service. Have done business with them for 20 years. Yes, you can buy your appliances at big box stores, but you can get the same product selection here with professional & reliable installation, and repair if some breaks. They're a Bardstown home business that we will continue to support. Thanks!

This place is a hidden jewel. Their service is second to none. We have purchased from them 3 times and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend these folks for your appliance needs. You wont regret it.

We have been dealing with Masterson's since we moved here 16 years ago. We bought our washer & dryer at move in. Since then we have replaced both of them and the existing refrigerator. And bought 2 upright freezers for the garage. One did not die, we just wanted 2 freezers. Oh, and a few over the oven microwaves too. Someone should tell GE that a microwave should last more than 3-4 years. Like they care (SMH)All appliances have been brand names, so in regards to the shorter life spans appliances have today (poor quality manufacturing) I don't see how that can be blamed on the retail dealer. They wouldn't last any longer if you bought them elsewhere. Tom Masterson posts a list of average lifespans to be expected now days for each type of appliance (sad!). And ours have conked out pretty much on schedule. I could rant about the 10 year appliance life compared to the 25 year appliances I used to get. But this review is about Masterson's, not GE, Whirlpool or Speed Queen...all of which are shadows of their former selves in the quality department.Masterson's is competitive in pricing (yes, I do compare) and their service has been professional.

The service I received from the first phone call to the last words when installing my new Bosh dishwasher was perfect. This company knows what it means to satisfy their customers. Very professional and so polite. I have never received such quick and knowledgeable service in the many years I have been taking care of my home. I will only shop at Masterson's Appliance's for all my appliance needs from here on out. I'm just sad I had not known about them before.
