Such a cute hidden gem in Cincinnati!! Came for breakfast this morning and had such a great experience! We parked in the garage right around the corner and walked, which was just a short walk! The food was absolutely delicious - I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes and really enjoyed it! The stack of 2 small pancakes was the perfect size for me!The staff were all super friendly and made our experience so great!The atmosphere of this restaurant was SO much fun and just so cute and relaxing! Definitely somewhere I'd love to come again. Thanks, Maplewood!

This spot is one to bookmark if you are staying downtown/visiting the convention center and in need of a fresh, healthy lunch spot nearby. When in Cinci for a work conference last spring, we were lucky to stumble upon this spot a few blocks away from our hotel. When traveling, it can be hard to find spots with unique dishes and fresh ingredients like this spot, and we were glad to find something other than the popular mostly-fried-foods menus we had seen before finding Maplewood Kitchen. The setting is bright and modern, with friendly staff ready to help you when you get set to order. This casual eatery is the kind you order at the register and take a number to your table, where your food will be delivered to you. Menus are near the door as you enter a long walk way up to the register. There is a bench to park at if you need additional time to peruse the selections before deciding, and a grab-and-go beverage cooler for those not interested in the fountain soda and tea options. I went with the Chopped Salad, adding chicken skewers and it was exactly what my body needed after a long morning of travel. The mix of veggies with bacon, avocado, pecan, goat cheese, and their Maplewood vinaigrette was flavor heaven, and everything was crisp and tasted mega fresh. If we go back to this area of town, I will make it a point to stop by for a morning meal. Though breakfast plates are served all day, Maplewood Kitchen also offers a bar with brunch cocktails, specialty coffees, and cold pressed juices - totally calling for a brunch date, if you ask me.

Awesome first visit to Maplewood! Our friends suggested it as a local favorite and it delivered. We walked up to the register to place our order and an employee quickly greeted us to clear a larger booth for our party. Food came out fast too! The eggs your way were done perfectly. Standout side was the hashbrown with its crispy texture and savory herb taste. Extra points for the cute interior design with the hanging plants and boho chic chandeliers.

Food was outstanding and freshly made. Loved the reception and cashier was a star! He really makes you feel at home and is very patient as well as gives great advice

The Sunday brunch rush line was out the door. The line took about 30 minutes from the door to order. Coffee and water is serve yourself. Order, pay, take your own seat. We received fast service after seated. Lemon ricotta pancakes have a small and large option, pictured is the large portion. Also the maplewood omelette!

I was in town for Christmas and ate here for brunch. I am a fan of Goetta, especially since I can't get it outside of Cincinnati. I had their Maplewood hash, which was potatoes, Goetta, veggies with eggs. Their coffee was excellent. Their service was friendly. The food is delicious and the restaurant is super cute. It does get quite busy during the brunch hour, but if you come just a little bit before, you can get a table right away. we parked in the parking garage across the street. This is a great place to check out in downtown Cincinnati.

Absolutely loved it! The staff are friendly, the food was delicious and the atmosphere is cute and cozy. I recommend chilaquiles and the sol juice.

Came on a weekday afternoon brunch and it did not disappoint! I love the open and bright vibe and design of the restaurant, it has a very cute aesthetic. You order at the counter and there are menus along the wall so you can browse while you wait, although we didn't have to wait that long and the line moved quickly. Once you order, you can pick where you want to sit and your food is brought to you! The portion sizes were nice and prices weren't overinflated for what we got. We ordered the Maplewood Hash and the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, both of which were great for a sweet and savory combo. Overall, if you want a no frills, delicious brunch in the city, check out Maplewood!

Went to brunch with a girlfriend and from the second we walked in the door we were greeted and directed to the queue to order. The cashier was incredibly sweet and ordering was seamless even with the line growing behind us. The food selection has something for everyone. Savory, sweet or traditional. I ordered the chilaquiles and devoured it. My friend order the maplewood hash and we both ordered a side of their lemon ricotta pancakes with we're unreal! I had purchased one of their pressed juices but after we sat down I realized I couldn't drink it as it was unpasteurized and I had just recently discovered I am pregnant. I took it back up to the cashier since I didn't open it and they offered me a gift card for my next visit, incredibly kind! A few moments after I sat down I was brought an orange juice unsolicited and that was the nicest gesture. All and all it was a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back!

Food came out quick I recommend going early on weekends the lines then to get long it is self seated you order up front then go find seat staff was friendly
