Head over heels in love with this place. I am always crying about how Etown doesn't have any places that really knock your socks off. This one is it, and I will be coming here loyally for any and all pizza needs. So many great things to say. I love the variety of their menu! There's definitely something for everyone, including snobby me. You can get a simple pizza (nothing wrong with that, especially ones of this quality), or something a little more adventurous and thoughtful. I've never had a bad pie here. I've been loving working through their menu. The Italian meats one has my heart at the moment, but I have a big heart and there is room for many favorites. I also need to venture out of pizza and try their other offerings. Everything looks so good!The staff is awesome, and the locale being inside the new Social on Main building isn't half bad either.I am always feeling like I'm having to drive up to Louisville when I want something nicer, more elevated. Thank you to Maillard for saving me the gas money and being the best new part of my rotation.

If you are a fan of Wood fired pizza, this place has some of the best crust in town. We had the Italian sausage pizza, which was 12" - and 6 piece wings (Memphis bbq style.) This was the perfect amount of food for two people to split. The staff were friendly, and the food came up quick! They have plenty of spices, seasonings, and sauces for to go. They are also DoorDash friendly and easy to find, just to the right as you walk in. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting social on main!

My family and I came here for the first time, it's such a modern joint with amazing service. We got cheese pizza and cheese bread, it was soooooo darn good. It's a clean, friendly environment and we will definitely be back.

My mother and I enjoy a good lunch lately on our Saturday outings. My mother, who has a wood-burning pizza oven, was ready willing and hungry to try some professional wood fired pizza!The staff were very kind and helpful. She shared with us the best sellers and her favorites. She explained their twist on some of the pairings. All of their pizzas are 10"- great size for sharing or a hungry individual! We landed on a 1/2 and 1/2 of the margarita and Popeye and Olive Oil. The Mozzarella cheese thick yummy chunks. The tomato sauce was flavorful. The feta, caramelized onions and mushrooms *chef's kiss* perfect! I had to go back and rave to them about our lunch and promised to spread the word. They said they hope to start salads so

Took my entire family and some workers around 20 people, was a nice place, many things to do there, small food court, good parking, clean place with very fast service, pizzas where great, many options, will definitely be back, they do need a soda machine.

This is specifically for their location at Social on Main.Great pizza as was expected and the service is up to par with the mobile trailer.They share the location with other vendors at this location so the competition keeps them on their toes.

I've only eaten here once at the new assembly location in Elizabethtown. The pizza was amazing. No matter what a wood fired pizza beats everyone in my opinion and Maillard is no disappointment to that tradition. The cup pepperoni adds a great touch. The pizza sauce is great not too salty not too sweet a fine balance. The value for the pizza is excellent just enough at a reasonable price. I look forward to trying some of their other items on the menu but always start with pepperoni I will definitely be going back to this restaurant!The only improvment would be a door dash / grub hub delivery

Now that they have established in Social on Main. My review for the pizza doesn't change. Still some of the best brick oven pizza I've had.

The service was fantastic! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a couple of soft drinks. The pizza was done in minutes, with a nice Smokey taste and a light char on the bottom, Perfect! The setting was very nice with three different restaurants and a bar in the main dining area! We highly recommend this venue!

We enjoyed a Popeyes and olive oil pizza and an Italian sausage pizza, both were excellent! The wood-fired crust was slightly charred and perfectly crispy! We'll definitely go back to try other options!
