Madonna's Bar & Grill

Not a true bar and grill without great food, but a great spot to watch a game for sure. Good music level and song choices too, with some bass! The bartender chick is so hawt too tbh lol. 3rd favorite place in downtown Cinci so far in about 5 experiences

This was my second time giving them a try. The first time the service was absolutely horrid, but the food was really good so I figured people were just having a bad day. Fast-forward to today I called 21 times yes 21 times and nobody ever answered the phone for me to place a to go order. Absolutely ridiculous no sense of customer service and I will definitely never go back.

I have been working in Downtown Cincinnati for 10 years, and had never been here. This week I was told that they served a great burger. So on that recommendation 3 of us made the walk up to try it out. The inside is cozy, inviting, and clean. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The service was great, never waiting on anything. Then the burger. I ordered the "Big Daddy" which is a double cheeseburger made with two 1/3 size patties, bacon and the works. It really blew me away. The burger was hot, toppings were fresh, and the patties had a great grilled flavor to them. The recommendation was a good one, I will definitely be back!

We visit Madonna's once a year from Indiana. It is always after the Opening Day game for the Reds. Over the last three years, I can definitely see a decline in the care that is being taken to maintain the bar. It was dirtier this year than it has been in the past and definitely could use some upgrades. Smoking is not allowed inside so there is an area right outside the front door where smokers go. The night we visited, as we were walking in we were greeted with patrons in the smoking area yelling at people that were getting in and out of cars. When we got inside there was an older gentleman that appeared to be so intoxicated that he could not keep his eyes open. When his eyes were open, he would spend it yelling gibberish towards us. This year, we were inside Madonna's for about five minutes total. Maybe it is better in the day???? We wont be back at night.

I've tired every wing spot in the city and Madonna's have Best wings in the whole city by far

slow service , food came fast tho , a very big and odd group in there. good tvs for sports. drinks were ok , pricest aren't bad

Had a grilled cheese and fries that didn't disappoint. The bartender Jilessa was attentive and friendly. She was helpful and knowledgeable about things to do in the area.

I got the wings, they are good but if this is the best Cincy has to offer as another suggested...smh. Overall this is a cool place. And they open before 2p so that's a plus.

Terrible service. Awful hospitality. Zero stars if possible. Lose the attitudes and figure your stuff out.

Badass crew! Showed up at about 1:30 in the morning after a long travel day. Asked for a drink and chips. Bartender came back with a giant tray of chips for me! A few minutes later he seemingly could tell I was starving and from out of town so he asked me when the last time I ate was and then offered to fire up kitchen for me. Kitchen closed at 11p, but these dudes were cool enough to throw some jalepeno poppers on the grill for me. If you're looking for a chill vibe with dope people, this is your place!
