The grounds at Madison Vineyards are beautiful. The owners are super friendly and they have a cute bed and breakfast as well as a private cottage that you can rent. We rented the private cottage and it was cute- nothing fancy at all but we enjoyed the view of the vineyards from the screened in porch and it was quiet and relaxing. As far as the wines go- they are sweet and fruity and to be honest not very good. If you go to Madison, I recommend renting a spot here but getting your wine elsewhere.

The vineyards were beautiful. This winery also has a bed and breakfast onsite. We tried the dry and semi sweet red wines. Our favorite was the Rosato. It was a medium-bodied deep rose with hints of cherry and strawberry. This winery is one of the wineries on the Indiana Wine Trail.

I really wish I liked their wine even a little bit. I love the area, it's a beautiful drive. There is a B&B on site surrounded by grape vines. I love that it's all estate grown grapes but ugh the wine. We've been here twice and wouldn't have come back except its on our wine trail. I ended up really sick after this one, struggling to get through the rest of the day. I don't think I've ever tasted wine that's gone bad but I'm pretty sure I did today. The guy giving samples also seemed slightly annoyed we were there.

This place is beautiful countryside. The tour guide was knowledgable. The grapes are all grown at the winery to make the wine. That is what makes them an estate winery. We were provided with glasses to taste the wine. Some was too dry for me, but several were deliciously light and sweet. Come here and relax. It is a great way to spend some time on a beautiful day.

I would have liked to have given this winery more than one star. Was looking forward to tasting & purchasing some of their wines. Unfortunately, after driving all the way to the vineyard, we found their doors locked at 5:15 pm. Their website, brochures, & Yelp listed their closing time as 6:00 pm. Based on this alone, I would never recommend this business to anyone.

This place has a nice tasting room. It's not large or elaborate. It gets the job done. The day we visited the server was very friendly hand helpful. We tried as many wines as we liked for free. The winery had a modest list of wines you could try - which were nice in taste.

Real grapes. Real vines. Real nice people inside. This was the only winery that looked like they actually grew their own grapes.

We are on our way home from a romantic weekend. We were following the Indiana wine trail and had a reservation to stay in this bed and breakfast. It was so welcoming. Sandy and Steve treated all of their guests like family and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The room was immaculate, large, beautiful, and comfortable. Each room had a private bath and was well appointed with a few chocolates, a cork screw and wine glasses. Breakfast was.... wow! Scones, homemade preserves, poached pears, cream, Fritata, Creme Brule French Toast, coffee, milk, tea, and juice. I did my best to clean my plate because that is only polite in this situation :-) I can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly be going back.

Discovered this wonderful winery with very good wines, great venue and beautiful, relaxing scenery. A bonus is the impressive Bed and Breakfast available. If you're within 50 miles of here, do yourself a favor and stop in.
