Ma T 888 China Bistro

Chicken lo mein was super good, good quality chicken, very fresh even after a 30 minute drive home. Generous amount of vegetables in both the sczhewan chicken and lo mein. Less salty (which is a good thing lol). I was surprised that I ate all the noodles and just kept wanting more. It was really good. They also gave us a complimentary crab Rangoon. They are very cautious about my allergies and service was great. I'd definitely try it out!

Excellent food. Best egg drop soup I have ever eaten. We got the Queens court dinners which comes with appetizer, soup, salad to share, entree and dessert. Wonderful ambiance and decor. Excellent service. I highly recommend China bistro. we will return.

This place is one of my all-time favorites. The food and service are amazing. They recently added a Pho dish to the menu that's as good as any I've had at a Vietnamese restaurant. You should definitely try it if you're in the mood for some Chinese fusion.

There was a time when I would have given this place five stars, but after my family's most recent experience, we'll never eat here again. Which is a shame because we've been eating here since it first opened, oftentimes coming on New Year's Eve. Recently, my family got takeout from here. Among other things, we ordered spring rolls, which were mostly for my sister since she's a vegetarian. We got home and turns out the spring rolls, which we've ordered countless times before, were egg rolls with meat in them. No big deal -- I'd call them and let them know, and they'd give us our money back for the wrong order. Not so. I ended up arguing with the woman over the phone, and she said I should have specified meatless spring rolls. But a.) as I said, we'd ordered these many time before and never had a problem, and b.) if there are both meat and meatless options for spring rolls (which again, never had this issue before), why not ask me to specify when I'm ordering? At no point was there an apology or an effort to make things right. Just arguing and blame. Was really blindsided by this because we've always enjoyed coming here for the excellent service and food. Never again though. China Bistro just lost some loyal customers. And in case you're wondering, the rest of the food was terrible as well.

After eating Ma T's I can now say with confidence that I believe in God. After all god is pure goodness, right? Ma T's is dangerously close to perfection. Take the Walnut Shrimp, for example. It's savory, sweet, divine. This is no Panda Express. Ownership here is excellent, too.

My husband and I just recently discovered Ma T 888 China Bistro. The restaurant was clean and relaxing, but the food is what brought us back a second time. I truly enjoyed the Emerald Jade Chicken and the Sweet and Sour Chicken while my husband indulged himself with Beef Lo Mein and Chicken Fried Rice on both visits.The food at the China Bistro strongly brings back memories of our one time favorite Chinese restaurant, The House of Chong. I have a feeling we will become regular customers.

Delicious food and great service. This is an "order from the menu" Chinese restaurant. I always get chicken fried rice with veggie or the day (lunch special). Definitely a winner for Evansville.

We will return to get another carry out order. We enjoyed the fried rice and the general tso chicken.Wish there were more shrimp or even smaller shrimp in the shrimp fried rice. Tasty, looking forward to our next trip

Had General's lunch and subbed the egg drop soup for the green beans. It was all delicious.

Try to eat her once a month. My wife and I love this place. Service is excellent and the decor is nice ! The food quality is excellent , and flavors are strong. We get the royal king dinner that comes with the combo sampler , soup and salad, entree and dessert. Highly recommend the crispy honey shrimp, General Tso extra hot, orange chicken , and honey walnut shrimp. The soups are also great.
