Luigi's Italian Restaurant

I tried Luigi's Italian Ristorante in Vincennes's today for lunch. They have a daily lunch menu that includes salad and delicious homemade garlic mini loaf bread. I tried the lasagna. It was perfectly seasoned and serving piping hot. The salad was good, not a fan of their house homemade dressing so I switched to blue cheese dressing. Service was exceptional, the young man was attentive to refills and needs. It's worth the drive to Willow Street. They have an extensive dinner menu as well with pizza, pasta, sandwiches, appetizers, etc.The dining room was very quaint and very cozy. There's a fireplace in the room. Lots of seating for private parties or meetings.

Very good. Rolls are very good. We've only gotten carry out but the food is good. We've sampled the manacotti and spaghetti with meat sauce. Both were generous portions. Like some other places the price may seem high, but the portions are so large we always have enough left over for lunch the following day.
