Shared parking, it's in a strip mall. Good location Tea shop vibes upon entering Staff is very pleasant The selection of tea! I did not ask how many there were.Gifts are available to purchase and a sample of the daily tea. Highly recommend and they have their own "loyalty" program spend so much get a discount.

This has been on my list of spots to visit for ages! Its location isn't obvious and the shopping center it's tucked into looks outdated and somewhat abandoned. Plenty of parking to stop in and the shop itself is much warmer than its surroundings. As the name implies it is a specialty tea shop with a large menu and prices by the grams, offered in three sizes for purchase. The menu can be found online as well as in the shop itself. The shop offers plenty of seasonal flavors as well as cups, infusers, tea pots, earrings, and other fun items. Great for gifts or a personal splurge. I saw a customer leave with an iced tea so I assume you can stop in for a drink although I'm unsure the number of options on a daily basis. The employee there did help answer a couple of questions for me regarding pots and using loose tea. Super interested to learn more and dive into the world of flavors and styles.

I was excited to see this Tea shop while across the street at Edward Jones today! I went over to check the shop out and was warmly greeted upon walking in. The aesthetic inside is cozy and beautifully structured with a Hygge vibe throughout! I purchased a bright yellow porcelain teacup and saucer just because it looked cheery and added two small bags of loose tea, the last loose bagged S'more's tea and a peach tea to try at home! Upon checking out, I learned that there is a punchcard reward system and so began a card as I know I'll make a point of coming back in to browse not only the huge selection of teas but gift items as well! Great place for shopping local, and it's right down from Corner Cafe!

Awesome little tea shop. So many tea flavors, strengths & styles. You name it, I'm sure they can make it. The girl working was happy to help explain any questions & even recommended a few of her favorite flavors. I loved all the extra things they have you can buy. Especially the good quality tea kettles & matcha. My favorite. I chose the key lime iced & it was so smooth & refreshing. They have a good summer menu. She mentioned you can go in & sample any teas you'd like. So that was cool. They have a little space for people to sit down & sample. I will definitely go back for some goodies & a cup of tea :)

I've heard about this place since they opened, but had never visited. When Teavana left town, I was pretty sad about the lack of options for tea and tea acccessories.I came for an event on Saturday and it was busy! They were featuring some new teas you could sample for free. The store is small. There's limited seating if you want to drink your tea or chat up with the workers. They have a variety of tea though! A huge menu of them! They also sell mugs, canisters, and all sorts of things. I sampled some matcha, while my friend purchased a cup of some black tea. It's a cool place!! I'm sure I'll return to drink something else!

I've been searching for a tea shop and I found the cutest little tea shop online and I had to check it out. If you love tea you have to go to this shop and they have so many different teas. The young lady that was working in the shop was very helpful. She let me try some of the teas that they had already made. It's samples all around the store where you can smell the teas. The prices vary, you have three bag sizes that you can choose from 50g, 100g, and 250g. I bought the Allergies Away and Aloha Colada.

Louisville tea company is a great tea ship. I was out on the town and decided to try out the tea shop. I'm a huge wine snob and feel like tea is adjacent in terms of snobbery and I love trying new teas so this was right up my alley. The decor is very cute but not saccharine. They have a lot of items for preparing and serving tea. Everything is well organized and easy to find. Some tea is set out so you can go and sniff the loose leaf tea. Along 2 walls is a bar where you can sample teas for about $2 per tea or get a cup. I tried Shangri-la which was a white tea and was delicious. I also tried the cactus blossom rooibos tea which smelled absolutely delightful. Before I left I grabbed a large cup of the Tea of the Day which was Diwali Cookie and was another winner. Plus the tea of the day was very affordable at under $2 for a large tea.I hope to go back again as this was a wonderful experience. They used to have educational tea tastings before *gestures nervously* and I'd love to go to those when they resume.

An atrociously cute place and an amazing collection of teas. I'm not even a tea person and I was awestruck. We tasted the Diwali celebration which was delicious! They have cute little souvenirs that would make lovely gifts.

I came here with my partner and they had a wide variety of teas available for purchase. They brew the teas hot or cold as well. My partner got the hot blueberry matcha. It was good, but definitely sweet and it can't be purchased unsweetened. I can't remember what I got, but all I know is that I asked for less ice and the person making the teas did not listen. They explained that the hot water melts the ice and I understand, but I still wanted less ice. Good experience, I just wish they listened. It's worth noting that this shop also has items that are tea-related (mugs, matcha whisks, etc.) for purchase. They also have indoor seating for customers.

Recently switched from drinking coffee to tea, after visiting Little Mount Lavender (hang tight I'm getting there), where I bought a bag of tea to try and loved it. Searched Yelp for tea shops and found Louisville Tea Company. I went in for an education to see what different varieties and effects they have, taste etc. and left with five different teas and a tea steeper. They have a sampler option where one may choose different teas for a very reasonable price. The lady working the counter was lovely and provided a much needed education on teas as I had little knowledge and experience (other than iced tea and standard tea bags). They provide a free daily sample and have different accessories that can be purchased for brewing or steeping tea! I like it STEEP! My new motto. Shut up, it will be yours as well after visiting. I've been back twice since the initial visit and continue to try different varieties. Everyone working on the days I visited were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. On my last visit, I was looking for something I could take to work so that I can brew tea during the day while in the office. I had picked out a cylinder tea steeper and the lovely lady working the counter suggested these bags that you can pre-fill with looseleaf tea of your own previously purchased variety. PERFECT! Take what you want each day, brew and dispose. Such a helpful and perfect suggestion!I'm now off all sleep medication using tea to help me sleep and stay calm. If I'm feeling a little anxious I drink tea. When it's bedtime I drink tea. When I wake up I drink tea. Three to four times during the day I drink tea. Yeah yeah I know, it's an obsession. Visit Louisville Tea Company and it will be yours as well! STEEP ON IT!
