Louisville Overstock Warehouse

This warehouse is humungous with every furniture option you could ever need. Beds they got them, sofa in every shape and color, dining tables you bet and more.Love the prices too, if I was starting over again this would be my first stop. I was checking the adjustable beds and sofas. My wife ended buying some bed pillows that she swear are heaven. If you still didn't find what you liked in the building, check out their website. They have dozens of items in every category and you can find financial options on there as well.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Awful business. Awful customer service. Sold a broken couch to my sweet sister then accused her of breaking it and told her she had to pay! My sister is 5'2" and MAYBE 100 pounds... how is she going to break a couch? And when I say broken, I mean fabric torn, wood splintered... awful! They have continuously lied to her and her husband about the matter, and now won't even pick up the phone when they try to call. It's ridiculous and embarrassing for this business. When asked to talk to the owner, the response was "we don't have an owner". Excuse me, what?? Anyway, ya'll go to Ashley Furniture or something. Save your time and sanity.

Came here in late October to table shop. They had a nice large selection floor to choose from. Workers were pretty helpful. We did find a table we liked a lot and it was actually a solid price. Due to covid we had like. 3 1/2 month for the table and chairs to come into stock. So not really overstocked. But covid has hit a lot of places hard. My biggest gripe is when my furniture finally came in they sent a text to make an appointment to pick up and the time to make an appointment was like 4-5 days out. Which makes no sense to me. It's literally driving to a dock and having them bring to your car. It's not like they would have Disney world type lines for an outdoor pickup. The stores probably are more crowded. So even saying it because it covid makes no sense. Frustrating spending almost a 1k up front waiting several months being told the item is in and having to wait another 4-5 days and trying to make sure that time lines up with a person you have to get with to borrow a truck or get help from. Not the best customer experience on that end.

After her friend told me that he visited Louisville Overstock Warehouse, and snagged a deal on a leather sofa sectional, I visited with my family to search for a simple dresser to put in my teenager's room. Despite rainy weather and the threat of snow, this spot had lots of visitors coming and going.The front rooms feel more like a showroom and a large counter was buzzing with customers securing their purchases. Then the space opened into a huge - and I mean huge - warehouse. It was full of sofas, sectionals, chairs, bedroom sets, mattresses, decorative tables, kitchen sets and rugs. Furniture and accessories for every room! Most items are clearly marked with pricing and if you need help, look for someone in a red vest. We received help from a friendly associate more than once, and another just passing by asked us if we needed help.My favorite item was the rugs. Nice sizes were available for decent pricing and most were really soft. We also had fun viewing available items on a touch screen the size of a TV. We didn't buy anything this round but found 1-2 items we're considering, plus for the rugs alone, it's worth coming back to visit.

LOW has great service and great prices. The employees were very helpful in purchasing and loading my couch and chairs. I won't shop anywhere else in the future, they have everything. If it's not in stock I can order it. They beat everybody on price and friendliness.

Had the greatest service today at Louisville overstock. My husband and I were on the hunt for a couch today urgently because our pups irreparably destroyed ours and we had to toss it. We went to several stores across Louisville and southern Indiana and found great options at Overstock. We picked one within our budget and that met our entire wishlist. Because it was at the end of our hunt, they were near closing time and made an exception when we couldn't quite get our trailer to the store on time. EVERYONE was so kind and patient. I'm so appreciative of them making it possible for us to take home our couch today.

Dixie location, Elijah was amazing. He kept us under budget and suggested exactly what we were asking for. Prices are very fair, delivery was fast. They leave you alone to let you browze, no pressures. It was actually fun!!! Thank you Elijah and Chris!

Purchased a coffee table and side table from Louisville Overstock. The coffee table top peeled up within the year. Ashley was the manufacturer. Louisville overstock offered a 10% discount after multiple emails with warranty claims. the table was several hundred dollars I would compare it to target quality.

Well I would think twice about the product at this Louisville store. The product came to our home today by the delivery guys. The couch had the dust fabric on the bottom stapled crooked. The back of the couch had dirt on it. Remember this is a NEW couch. We called customers service to tell them about it and they said we could get another set but we would need to inspect it before delivery. They also told us that the bottom fabric is made to be removed. Well we all know that is not true. I called Ashley Furniture where it was made and they told me NO. So now we have a lie going to cover the mistake. The bottom of the couch has like a 100 staples in it to keep the cover on. So next I called the customer service to ask to speak to a manager. I am told that I can not speak to a manager. That she is the only one that I can talk to. If I want to speak to a manager I would need to come in the store. She then told me that she has talked to the store management team and they would like to just refund all of our money. This is the way of saying "we do not want your business" I told them that's not what I wanted. I want a NEW piece of furniture and not a damaged piece. She basically said that we do not need you as a customer. WOW! We have purchased furniture from this location a few times and I could not believe what I am hearing. Too many furniture stores in Louisville KY to be messing with kids handling your customer service. She also told me that the store is privately own and she could not tell me who own it. If you are the owner of this store I would think twice about who you hire running it. One day you will need every customer to keep your doors open. Look at the picture and tell me you would accept this? All I wanted was a new couch that we paid money for.

Less than 90 days from purchase and I've just been told my brand new sectional is not warranted for the fact the corner cushion is sinking because "It's made that way." Say what??! I was just told that part of the sectional "only has fabric draped over the frame, and so since that's how it is made, there is no manufacturer defect, and they don't warrant it. Are you like kidding me?!!! The sofa frame was made without any support in the corner so I am supposed to expect it to sink and not be mad that I can't sit on that part of the couch without sinking down? You would be better off to just push a love seat and sofa together with the warranty disclaimer they have. I asked to speak to a manager and no one has called me back. This is sad.
