If I could give them no stars, I would. They failed to deliver flowers to my wife on our wedding day. I got a call days later asking if they could go ahead and send them. I asked for a refund and the guy on the phone was very unapologetic. Please use any other flower service in Louisville.

They don't even deserve one star. My mother never got her birthday flowers. They contacted me the next day saying the truck broke down and offered to send a nicer arrangement a day late to which I agreed.... No flowers were ever delivered and I got a different excuse of why they weren't when I called them. Couldn't keep their story straight.. red flag. I have requested a refund and if this does not go well will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have seen by other reviews this has happened more than once. My advice, DON'T USE THEM!

I ordered a gladiolus arrangement for my girlfriend and when she received them it only had 3 gladiolus. I was very specific about what I had in mind on the phone but they decided to put every other type of flower in the $50 arrangement. Not to mention the delivery was late and three days later the flowers are all dead or dying. DO NOT use this company unless you want a pitiful arrangement that only lasts two days.

I found the bouquet I wanted for my baby shower at Louisville Flower Delivery. It seemed a little small in the picture though. Once I placed it in my shopping cart, they gave me the option to upgrade it. For very cheap prices, you can make your bouquet a deluxe or premium bouquet. I ordered the premium. It was absolutely beautiful. It was huge too!
