Nice enough place with good service and friendly staff. The biggest drawback was their prices on 100LL. They have to be mighty proud of their fuel at the price they charge. Overnight hangar for a single was about $35 and service was good. I may tie-down on the next trip and save about 50%. I suppose it really depends on the weather.

Louisville Executive Aviation is an awesome event venue! It's an updated World War II era aviation hangar, and it's super cool. Tons of events are held here, like beer festivals, wedding receptions, trade shows, galas, and fundraisers. It's really an awesome spot for anything. Some of my favorite events held at this location are the Craft Beer Throwdown and Tailspin Ale Fest. Both events get really packed and there's plenty of room for everyone to have a great time. There's also plenty of outdoor space, and for events they typically bring in food trucks and put seating outside for attendees. Both are awesome additions to events and the outdoor space is awesome on days with nice weather. If you have a chance to attend an event at Louisville Executive Aviation I highly recommend you go check it out. It's a really cool space!

I haven't had the opportunity to utilize their flight services but as an event venue Louisville Executive Aviation is one of my favorites. The experience of being able to see small aircraft taking off and landing while the sun dramatically sets just can't be beat! The Goodyear blimp made several take offs and landings at a recent event. The hangar is massive and provides plenty of space for large crowds. Outside is plenty of space for tables and food trucks! It is a wonderful party space!

Non Pilot ReviewMy friend owns their own plane. I am pretty sure that gives me street credit somehow. I wanted to review this place because of the impossible CHALLENGE it was to pick up our friends who flew into Bowman field with their plane. This business at Bowman field is where all traveling plane owners would refuel, store their plane for the night, and schedule arrival and departing times. The inside was very clean and the gentleman behind the counter was very informative for our friends regarding prices and times. I was told that Bowman field is in Commercial space so the control tower here should not be affected by the sequester. The only complaint my friend had was that he was told the wrong time for closing so he arrived after hours. Luckily, there was one employee still available to help waive their plane in and park. For drivers, pretend you are going to get your drivers licenses renewed. Continue to drive until you dead end into Gate 5. You may park on the far side of the building and walk around or if your flying friends give you the gate pass you can park in front of the building. This location also services flight training and private flights if interested, but I did not experience these services. When I get more information I'll update.Till Then Bon Voyage!
