Passed by here many times and haven't really noticed it since I was focused more on driving. But today it stood out to me and was beckoning me to come try them so I did. I was greeted and seated immediately in a lavishly decorated dining room. Everything is tiled or painted. The tables, the chairs, the walls, the booths, even the light fixtures and the table pedestals. I ordered the Shrimp and Crab filled Enchiladas which is something I've never seen on a menu let alone try. It was good but different. Not the usual cheese or chicken enchiladas I'm used to. I wanted something different and I got it. The crab was delicious. Something else different was only one side, either rice or beans, not both as usually the case other places. I ordered the Cheesecake Chimichanga for dessert. They were two bite sized pieces of cheesecake with strawberry topping inside a thin fried crust that was sweetened. They were great, worth the trip just for dessert if necessary. Service was super fast and attentiveness spot on. This is definitely a place I'm coming back to for future lunches and dinners. The service was wonderful! We could not have been any more satisfied with the young lady that waited upon us. The food was lacking. The chimichanga I had was good buy soggy. The refried beans had a foul flavor. It could be a recipe I'm not familiar with, but it tasted like it had been well past the expiration date.The wife's nachos were served with so much sauce the the chips limp and were not able to hold any of the toppings. A shame since the chips we while waiting were really good. The chimichanga dessert presented well. However, it was mainly whipped cream once we dug into it.

Living in the boondocks it's hard to find a good Mexican restaurant! We were in Martinsville today picking up supplies at Walmart. Purchased enough flour, bacon and-beans to last us till fall. As we turned the wagon toward home we passed the court house and spied los Reyes.I can't say it was authentic but it was good! The dining room was colorful and the tamales, tacos, beans and the chille rellenos were excellent. I strongly suggest you all give it a try!
