Lonestar Bar B Que and Soul Food

Stopped in for a fast lunch before jumping on a Teams call in my truck. The staff was friendly and fast - they got me in & out in 10 minutes. I got the 3 Brisket taco meal and it was incredible. The Brisket is some of the best I have ever had - Smokey, Moist and Tender. They are definitely doing TX BBQ right!! Can't wait to come back to town!

Had a craving for BBQ on Sunday and this popped up as one of the very few BBQ places open.Had the two meat plate with Brisket and Pulled Pork, with sides of Mac n cheese and Baked Beans.The food was off the hook!!!! Good size portions and absolutely delicious with a small kick.Nothing like finding a new gem of a place.BOOYAA

Friendly service, nice outdoor covered patio and indoor seating. Everything you could want in a Barbecue and soul food. I had the brisket dinner with cornbread, baked beans and potato salad. Tried some of my friends Mac and cheese. Let me tell you they aren't playing around. This is serious food!

We randomly selected this location; we were a group of 5 military personnel stationed in Evansville, IN. The food was full of flavors and spices.Service was fast; we ordered our food, Togo.The inside of this location was spacious, with friendly customer service.The staff was professional, the owner was present and very welcoming, an excellent lunch recommendation and a great twist of cuisine for the Evansville, IN area. The chicken plate was perfect with greens and baked beans with banana pudding and sweet tea.

Some of the best bbq I have had in Evansville in a long time. The brisket was juicy and has the right amount of spices. I don't know if it was the owner or not that came to our table. But he asked us about our food and was just so polite and nice. As well as everyone else working. The waitress were extremely helpful when ordering and serving us. I like the restaurant inside and out, it gives you a texas smokehouse feel inside Evansville. The only reason I could not give 5 stars is they were out of chicken and that is one of favorite bbq items.
