Lombardi's New York Pizza and Wings

It was very hard to choose what to get. My friend and I decided on Cuban sandwich and we both got the cheese Notts. We were taking out, so we had to wait. This was a Friday night and they were very busy. The lady who took our order Natalie was very kind and was very helpful in helping us decide what to get. Everyone seemed to be well taken care of. I noticed how everything was done like clockwork. You order as you come in and then your order is brought out to you. You serve your own drinks. Our order was done very quick about 15 minutes.The sandwich was delicious a melt in your mouth moment. The cheese nots were amazing and the Mariana sauce was delicious.I highly recommend Lombardi's a very laid back atmosphere with above food fit for a 5* restaurant.

The service was, you order then seat yourself and they bring it to you. The food was very delicious. The ambience was quiet. It's a small restaurant but the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back when we're back in the area

It's all good ... pizza , calzones and strombolis . And don't forget the wings . Great staff and owners ... A+++++++++

The pizza is amazing and the calzone is roughly the size of half a steering wheel. After you add all of your toppings it's probably at least 16 dollars but I am telling you it is worth every penny and can feed three people.

It should be 4 stars, but it's the only place to get NY style pizza, or even pizza with decent dough, in the entire freaking city, so it must be preserved. Order the pizza "well done" because there standard cook time is too short. Ever so slightly pricy, but not bad considering recent inflation-based cost hikes and the portion sizes. If you're a topping-loaded fast food pizza/Dominos guzzling type, this pizza will be foreign to you in all the right ways. Give it a try.

I usually don't eat at restaurants I feel I won't like. I'm not going to knowingly eat at a place that could be no good. The Courier Press gave this a good write up a while back so I decided to try. The margarita pizza was good. I like that the pizza is cut in slices not squares. The flavor was good, but light on cheese (maybe that's typical for New York style ??). We had some pasta that was over cooked. They use paper plates. This is fine but they are the cheap kind that absorb all the sauce clean through to the table and are weak. Either use multiple plates or change to Chinette. The service was good. Atmosphere was okay. If you're going for pizza I think you will like. After trying the $8 Caprese Pizza today, I added a star.

Born & raised on Long Island, I can confirm this is the closest you will get to NY pizza in the Midwest. Great staff, Great food.
