The ambiance is pretty good with fine service and a great selection of food and drinks on the menu with country music playing in the background. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with Chicken Tenders, the Dr. Pepper was pretty good and the Chicken Tenders were meh

The service was top-notch.The only reason I gave it a four star was because some of the food was not quite cooked ordered, however, saying that there was 23 of us and we only had three complaints that we did not report to the restaurant because there was 23 of us we felt like that was an acceptable number .Restaurant was very clean. I had a nice appearance to it.

Food is always served up quickly and freshly prepared, served by friendly attentive staff.Burgers are big and a good price.Sweet tea is sweet.Steaks are good, but not inexpensive.Best little steakhouse in the area.

Fun friendly atmosphere. Near gas stations and The Lumber Jack Lodge, axe throwing. Accommodates large parties if 10 or more.Theres a bar, tables for four and high top tables.Restrooms are nice not handicapped friendly. The owner came around and spoke to the tables. The owner is 83 and says he enjoys what he does and talking to the patrons. His birthday is March 15, stop on by and say hello!

Great place for a steak ! Everything in their kitchen is made from scratch including their salad dressings, dips, and sauces. If you enjoy salmon, they have some of the best around. Today I tried their new special, brisket nachos. They were delicious with a hearty portion of smoked brisket on top. Great service, free rolls with cinnamon butter, and good cold Modelo on draft! Give them a try!

Big portions...steak was very tough, mash potatoes were cold, but the green beans were good...staff was friendly and nice but paying good money for just ok food; aint ok. Place just isn't the way it used to be....overall place was clean but honestly won't be going back.

I did not see the owner there the time I stopped by. I hope this is the same little dave that was on Cane Run Road when I was a child. He was a nice man and I remember him treating my family well. 84 would be about his age.The food was spot on... the service was good. I will gladly stop by here again... and hope to meet Dave.The atmosphere is very nice and it has a very down home feeling. The fish was the best.

Can't say. Touch the button and I could give it one star three stars or five stars. I've never been there and all I wanted to do was cancel the whole deal but couldn't so what do you do?

***Editing post to add that as we were leaving, the table behind tells their server "this is not the food we ordered". So they were given another tables food. Too funny. Can't make up stuff this bad. Absolutely awful. Individuals who showed up 33 mins after us got their food before us. Food was cold. We got to go boxes after I brought it to the attention of the waitress and we just left. No need to sit an hour and eat cold food. Thank God we are the bread while sitting there. Was a complete cluster on all levels. Would not recommend to anyone

Our walking group went today for lunch. The waitress was awesome and the food was delicious. They have a great 20 for $10 menu. If you can't find something on there you can go to their big regular menu. Nice atmosphere and very clean.
