Liberty Road Cafe

This place was recommended by a friend so was in the area today and tried it. Absolutely great Reuben sandwich and the menu has a great selection. Highly recommend people to try it. I'll definitely be back soon

This is a basic deli type lunch spot. The food was fresh and the bread from Sunrise Bakery was excellent, and the perfect compliment to ripe and delicious lettuce and tomato with high quality deli meats and cheeses. I ate a half of an egg salad sandwich and it was wonderful. It was just like my grandmother used to make and she was quite a gourmet cook. I also had a half of a ham and Swiss. I was impressed with how much cheese they put on it. I was also surprised that there were no condiments on the sandwich and they didn't ask me when I ordered if I wanted mayo or mustard?? They had some little packets of mustard on a side table but no mayonnaise. I thought that their homemade potato chips were very good. I usually don't like them at other places because they usually taste burnt. These didn't. When I go back I am going to buy some of their spicy corn dip. It looks good but I didn't get a chance to try it.

We were in the neighborhood and looking for something different to eat and passed by this place. I am so glad that we stopped in! I had the Liberty which is a delicious country ham sandwich and my wife had the chicken salad croissant. Probably the best chicken salad we have had in a long time. The country ham sandwich did not disappoint either! We both had the home made potato chips. We will definitely go out of our way to eat here again and again!

Friday's mean girls lunch out! Checked out this little neighborhood cafe and had a wonderful lunch. Always passing by in the car but hadn't stopped, but now I know better. The Henry Clay sandwich (pimento cheese, tomato jam and bacon) served with a side of choice, to which I tried the house made chips, was delicious! Split the Chicken Bacon Club with potato salad which was also tasty. I would definitely have the Henry Clay again. Will definitely be back, easy walk if you're in the surrounding neighborhood also!

We stopped in for lunch and what a delicious place!! The menu is written on the back wall and they have something for everyone. I tried the gazpacho which was a nice portion for a side with my sandy. There is an up charge but worth it. The gazpacho has a nice balance and I could taste the green pepper. I order a grilled pimento cheese sandwich and it was creamy, crisp, flavorful flavorful and so satisfying. The chicken salad is also a huge hit!! However, you better save room for the amazing homemade chips!! So delicious and such a treat!! This place is great for catering as well!

This is a great neighborhood dive for lunch. Their soup and salad pick two deal is the best. I haven't ate a sandwich I do not likes their chicken salad and chicken southwest wrap is delicious. They have good seating for larger groups which is nice but it is not a large cafe. Many people order their order to go for lunch! Check it out for lunch if your in the area!

Just opened, love this place. Sandwiches are refreshingly unique, with a surprising variety of flavors. I had the Banh Mi, which was more filling than it looked. Fresh fruit and other sides are great, but the house-made potato chips are a must-have. Will have to come back to try the soups and salads. Superfoods salad sounded really good.PS: if you're been to an event catered by Selma's Catering, Liberty Road Café is her retail operation. Be sure to take a quart of the Corn Dip home with you!

You will not be disappointed if you choose this quaint café for your afternoon retreat. Food is amazing. The nicest people wait on you. You must try the homemade chips. This quiet café tucked away on Liberty Road is the perfect place to get away from a busy hectic day and just relax and have an incredible meal. Just go you won't be disappointed.

Stopped in for a sandwich to go. Ordered the Henry Clay-pimento cheese with tomato jam and bacon. Lightly toasted. The bread was good as was the pimento cheese, very skimpy with the tomato jam and the bacon was not slices of bacon as one would expect for a $12 sandwich, it was the hard junk from a jar. AWFUL. It came with a side, I got redskin potato salad, it was in a condiment cup - about 1 1/2 Tablespoons of potato mixed with cheap mayo, no sour cream taste and no onions, need onions and celery and a dash of salt to be edible. Has great potential, just need to up the quality a bit. And get rid of those toxic meat bits, if you cannot provide real bacon, just take it off the description of the sandwich. I will give them an other chance.

I come every Friday to get the Reuben from one of the Cafe chefs. best Reuben I have ever had without a doubt.
