We booked our executive suite months ahead of time and called to confirm our reservation. We live in south FL so losing our reservation was unacceptable. We called several times to confirm that we had an executive suite for three days. When we got there we learned that they had lost our reservation even though we had a confirmation email on our phone. They had two small rooms available for one night. Since they messed up so bad they gave them to us for free. When it came to the other two nights they said we're on our own. The small rooms they gave us were probably the worst rooms in the building. The tv remote didn't have battery's neither did the tv work. We also had a great view out our windows of a staircase. We had booked one of the nicest rooms in the building so giving us the shittiest was unacceptable in my opinion. I can not recommend this hotel to any one because they do not take reservations seriously. Now we are 3000 miles from home in a shitty hotel room for one night out of three that we need. Don't stay here.Update: Some one did not check in to their room the next day so we were able to stay in it. They did give us a %15 discount. Although this room was much nicer it was still not the one we reserved. On top of all this I was not allowed to use any of the hotels amenities because I was part of a conference. When I asked the front desk about this they said I should have cool access to the gym, pool, basketball court, etc. When I went to the gym John denied me access because I was part of a conference. I thought the whole purpose of this hotel was to accommodate people in conferences. Instead he told me I was only allowed in the gym from 1-3. Most people work out in the morning not from 1-3. Don't fall for the advertisements on their website that state access to a pool or gym. Right now this is a hotel with no amenities just a room and a lobby. Who wants to stay in a hotel with no amenities? Thankfully I was able to go up the second floor and sneak past John and come back down a staircase. So if you are looking for a hotel that takes reservations seriously and has a gym or pool this is not the hotel for you.

My wife and I were able to stay when we visited her sister and brother in law who attends the seminary. We had a great stay. The front desk guy was very nice and the room was immaculate. We would love to come back here and stay again. It was a treat! Thanks so much for your excellent service!

I tried making reservations today, however, because my family does not belong to a Southern Baptist church, we are no longer welcome to stay in this hotel. We have stayed here at least three times in the past with our young children and have always enjoyed the hotel because of its location, beauty, cleanliness, feeling of security, friendly staff, and great rates. Never in a million years could I have imagined feeling so discriminated against because of my differing religious affiliation. Clearly, if the reservation staff feels uncomfortable with the new check list, and past guests are left with a distaste in their mouths upon hearing the requirements to be eligible to pay for a hotel room and stay on this site, something is amiss. I'm glad to know where I stand in the eyes of this facility and I'm looking forward to spending my money elsewhere as well as letting my other family members know that they are no longer welcome here. How incredibly sad for all of us heathens.
