The site itself is just fine. But the staff is simply....awful. They are fake-friendly to your face and then when you aren't around they talk trash about you and your family. A crazy staff member will roll up to you on a golf cart and call you a liar even though you have never seen him before. Then when you try and ask what hes talking about he drives away. Their online portal to buy tickets is way more difficult than it needs to be. It would be way better if they just weren't there and the way we paid could be a donation box sitting on a post. Yes, that would be a better system. These people are nuts. 1 star because the staff sucks

We ended up here after Hurricane Ida. All of the hotels were completely full EVERYWHERE WE WENT! We were just cruisin and sleeping in the car. We stopped in a cute little town in Kentucky and a very nice woman at the liquor store told us about Lake Jericho campground & WE LOVED IT. Even though we stuck out like a sore thumb everyone was SUPER friendly!!! We will definitely be back!!

Stopped for 2 day to camp. The ladies at the office were super helpful and friendly, as were all the regular campers. We'd definitely go back. Beautiful scenery and great rates!

A nice private campground. Like most campgrounds, the sites are closer together toward the front, but a bit more spacious in the rear. They have a really nice small lake where you can swim, fish, kayak, etc. The site we had was in the rear by the lake on a curve and it had a lot more privacy. The people are friendly and it's a quiet campground. It's not too far from anything that you might need but you're still in the country. I enjoyed my visit here.

Most camp sites let you make a reservation especially if you are driving from another state. This park is on a first come first serve basis which is ridiculous. You may drive there and nothing is available so you're just SOL.

Great scenary abound as you get all your possessions taken while you're away from your camp site. Staff patrols regularly and in typical "Mayberry" Depuy Barney fashion, offers little to no help when questioned about the crime going on. Always smiling faces as they relieve you of any cash you may have leftover from what seems like nightly break-in to cars, campers and anything else you may have of value. Offered little to no help after video proof caught one of the thieves stealing. So after several failed pleas to management to stop the criminals we were forced to take matters into our own hands which promptly led to eviction from the Campground(go figure) After a few weeks straight of non-stop fighting at night and power tools at 3am, we had enough. Good place to catch the overabundance of carp, turtles and snakes the lake harbors and some funny meth heads to laugh at.. Until they start robbing you blind. Avoid at all costs
