La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant

While visiting Vincennes for a long weekend we were looking for a place to eat after our 4-hour drive & La Fiesta looked like a fun restaurant. We were very happy with the choice. The food and the margaritas were excellent and the staff was very friendly and cheerful as well as attentive. We ate outside on the patio, thanks to the great weather, and a family eating near our table with their kiddos seemed to be enjoying it as well.. We definitely recommend this place!

This is a fantastic local Mexican restaurant. Great food, fast service, and nice place for a drink too.

Been here a couple times for meetings in Vincennes. Free chips and salsa are good, and prices are competitive. I was a bit disappointed that my carne asada tacos came on flour tortillas, rather than corn -- making for a less than authentic experience. But the meat tasted fine, and was decently tender and not too chewy. Next time, I'm eager to try the street tacos, which will give me a better gauge on the restaurant.

As you can tell by the photos this is your typical Midwestern Mexican fare, if there is such a thing. Processed cheese soaked ooey-gooey. I avoid that. My expectations aren't high. Everything is relative here when it comes to Mexican food. Having said that, I was pleasantly surprised by my taquitos! They were actually shredded beef as opposed to ground beef! The menu said it was brisket - well - well done La Fiesta! The brisket was fantastic! It was tender and full of flavor. It came with guac and sour cream...ish. I think there was about a tablespoon of guac. It is a seasonal fruit here so that one tablespoon probably cost an extra buck on my meal. Wish there was a pile. I love guac with my taquitos.As for the service, it was great until we got to the end of our meal. We waited for about 10 minutes on our bill. Oh well.At least I know where to get good shredded beef taquitos!! Stick with what you know!

When we got here a person immediately took us to a table and placed nachos and salsa in our table,no waiing time period...!they were very ffriendly and the food was absolutley delicious !!THe salsa was greatwe came to visit from Richmond,KY and absolutley will return here next tiime we visit Vincens,IN.. me and my husband enjoyed eating here,oh yeah !!!

OWW just amazing so fun to see all the waiters dancing all you have to say is KEKEWAKA to them and they will start dancing!

Waitress never smiles. The fiesta nachos are the worse ever. These had beef, beans, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and a half of a slice of tomato! HALF A SLICE!! I wonder what the "beef nachos" had on it. She said it would not have lettuce or the half a slice of tomato and beans. The only good thing was the avocado dip. There was probably only a 1/4 cup. They filled the little bowl not even half full. The prices are good because they skimp on ingredients and serving size.

The food is amazing! The staff is so nice and welcoming. They always have a smile on their faces. My favorite Mexican restaurant of ALL time.

Very little portions compared to all other Mexican restaurants. Didn't honor the free soda with a kids meal.

Great tasting food! I have went there 2 times and both times I had great service. The staff was very friendly they got my food out very quickly! I was very pleased!
