Super tasty Mexican restaurant! They have a huge menu! Basically you choose a protein option and toppings and that can apply to any entree option on the menu (tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, etc.) super customizable! Delicious street tacos! Generous portions and lots of toppings. Don't forget to hit up the salsa bar! There are both mild and spicy options. Plenty of parking in the strip mall!

So delicious, they don't even need a review from me. Try the drinks too. I love that they have a salsa bar. That's my favorite part. The only thing I don't care for here is the thick cheese. I made the mistake of getting that once and the food doesn't need it.

Fantastic chicken and chorizo quesadilla. I'm certain the rest of the menu fits the bill. Two thumbs up

The food and service made this place a perfect stop on our 17 hour drive! It was worth it to drive a little out of the way for their delicious food and drinks! We hope to be back when we pass through on our next trip! Service was quick, courteous and friendly. The restaurant had enough space where we could easily stretch out our legs and walk around.

Wow! So happy to find this casual dine Mexican restaurant that serves authentic food. I've driven past many times when I have been working in Evansville but never noticed La Campirana. But today I searched Yelp, looking for something different, and found it. Thanks, Yelpers!Everything from single tacos to Mexican entrees is available. There are pictures on the wall to help you make your decision.I ordered enchiladas and a side of refried beans. The enchiladas (4) were covered with chili pepper sauce and topped with roasted carrots and potatoes. The combination was delicious. The side of beans was very generous and tasty.There is a salsa bar, and everything is labeled, and includes heat level: mild, medium, hot, hot, or very hot.My only regret is that I didn't try the tres leches, which looked wonderful. Next time for sure.The employees are very friendly and helpfully explain menu items and make suggestions.So many choices! Will definitely plan to eat lunch here the next time I am in Evansville.

This is amazing Mexican food. All of the fixings are delicious and it all tastes very fresh and authentic. Worth stopping for.

What a great place. Fresh food, fresh ingredients and an amazing salsa bar. Careful, some are really hot. Service was great, they took the time to explain the menu and how to order. A nice relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

This place is the most authentic mexican I've had outside of California (and Mexico). Great food, great vegetarian options. Kind, accommodating service. Fresh and a salsa bar to make the smallest order worth it.
