Kroger Wine & Spirit Shoppe

My spouse got robbed at the scratch off machine in this grocery store! The people in the store saw and didn't do anything at all!!! The guy came up to her when she was taking out her money, then he shoulder checked push her in grab her money that she dropped. The guy was very big and tall with red brownish hair. He smelt horrible, said fuck off and walked away. The lady saw it said are you ok are security just clocked out. Do you want me to get a manger. Uh duh yes I do! The manger said what do you want me to do about this. They acted like it wasn't a big deal! They didn't do anything at all. Whoever you are, you're a scumbag for doing that!

This is just one of the few places to buy booze in Winchester. It is nestled on the end of Kroger off the by pass. They don't have a huge selection of wines, liquor, or beer, but it is just enough to wet your whistle. It is quite easy to just run in there after getting some last minute shopping items.The workers are normally friendly and its never crowded. Love that part about it. They usually have a small section of clearance/sale items. Who doesn't like cheaper booze? This is a small little shop with very little room for moving around. It is always clean and uncluttered. So save yourself a trip to Lexington and stop in here next time you are needing some juice. :D

I must say, not a bad place to buy wine and liquor. They have a good selection of brands at this place. Makes it easier to shop & stock up when you are planning a party.

Great selection of bourbon. What more does a MAN need? Price doesn't matter to me. Staff is cool too. I don't ask questions so I can't say they're knowledgable or not.

For the size of the store, it has a great selection of liquor, wine, and even a decent selection of beer. They even have seasonal items like Blue Moon's Variety pack and even Jack Daniels Eggnog.
