Koi Express frankfort

The food here is delicious! Always hot and the veggies are seasoned and grilled perfectly. You get it to your table quickly and dining in is great too. Perfect temperature inside and always clean!

Love love LOVE Koi Express! Have been here many times since finding it and will continue to! Have recommended to many friends and all have been happy with the food and service. My favorite is the hibachi special with steak chicken and shrimp! Yummm!!!

Fast but not high quality and not anything we would order again. The chicken fried rice "special " was filled with crispy pieces of dried rice, minimal freshness, salty and a tad greasy, nope very very greasy. Felt and tasted old for a Saturday evening meal.The sushi was not chilly, kinda like my raw salmon chilly and my seaweed wrap not so chewy, had to bite around the seaweed and 12.00 for a lack luster Lexington Roll was disheartening. That sushi was really really not good.Charge for water cups.There are two dining seats outside.

Hubs out of town, so I thought I'd give this place a try. To try a couple of things, I ordered Shrimp Dumplings, Gyoza and Hibachi Chicken & Vegetables w Fried Rice. The Shrimp Dumplings had a strong taste of aging fish. One small nibble & those went in the trash. The Gyoza were fried in a deep fryer & seemed as though they might have been fried more than once. The dumpling wrapper was as hard, dry & crumbly as a fortune cookie, although the filling was tasty. The chicken & vegetables was best of the lot. The vegetables were fresh & not overcooked. The chicken had a very good flavor but was very dry. The rice was well cooked, but incredibly salty and I'm a salt lover. If the Gyoza had not been so hard they would have tied with the vegetables for best of show.

Ordered For pick up, the food was ready fast. The services was very good and all of our items was in the bag. The spring rolls in the sauce was amazing, steak and shrimp hibachi was also amazing. I was also pretty happy with the shrimp roll. Everything was delicious, try this place out.

I really was not overly impressed by Koi express. The food is pretty good quality but you could get same or better quality, much larger portions from a traditional sit down restaurant. Compared to some other similar restaurants I expect getting salad and soup for that price. Also the deep fried roll was really small.

Very awesome place! Price is worth the food. One of my favorite hibachi places! The inside of the restaurant was small though.

Check out Frankfort's New Hibachi Restaurant located on Jett Blvd!! Didn't get a copy of the menu but they have a wide variety of seafood, hibachi and other delicious entrees. I purchased the Vegtavle Hibachi and lived in. The veggies we're well steamed and tasty. The rice was well done and flavorful as well. We also purchased Spring Rolls, it comes with 1 but I added a order of them because they are a favorite. Check them out for pick up, delivery and dine in.

This Japanese restaurant is a "Diamond in the rough." Great find. The sushi rolls were incredible and so was the sushi and the quality of the fish. Very happy we found Koi.

I just drove in from the airport, was tired and hungry. Made the mistake of going to KFC a block away and left in disgust. Found this gem on my way back to the hotel. WOW! Fast, reasonably priced hot and fresh food. I am glad KFC drive thru sucked which made me leave. The employees here are very nice and helpful. I ordered the hibachi steak and shrimp. Came with fried rice and fresh veggies. FANTASTIC! I will be back!
