Klinker's Hometown Bar & Grill

For small town/hometown and last minute, I was beyond pleasantly surprised!!! THOSE FRIES THOUGH!!! I'm just going back for the fries! So crispy and yummy! So even though their Thursday night special is Chicken Fried Steak, I decided to order something totally off-the-cuff - honestly as a test; I decided a on a gyro (pronounced year-o for those who struggle). I wasn't disappointed that's for sure. It was a giant flavor bomb! I wish the meat was off the shawarma (vertical broiler), but it was chopped. No big deal, because it didn't take away from the flavor. It was so great!My dinner date had the pulled pork tacos. I would consider myself a taco snob and pork aficionado (because of my husband), and it passed every test. Great flavors, especially with the sweet sauce drizzled on top! Yummmm!We ate on the bar side. Great atmosphere, great vibe, and excellent service! Wish I knew about this place sooner! I can't wait to go back and try more menu items!

Quick trip to Princeton means checking out a local eatery. This spot has a lot of great reviews and many homemade items on the menu. I ordered the hand cut and marinated pork sandwich breaded. House made chips and dip with coleslaw. Service has been great and a friendly atmosphere and a lot of local sports teams featured on the walls. Tenderloin review: the tender wine is really good very tender and well seasoned and perfectly breaded, not too much breading and served on a toasted bun. The homemade chip dip is wonderful as a can of horseradish in it. As well the chips ate teally good, could use a bit of seasoning salt but overall good taste. Only service glitch was I had to ask for drink refills and condiments I asked for when I placed my order. Lots of Jackie Young pictures and artifacts, she played basketball here and went on to Norte Dame to play as well.

Good food and excellent service. We had the wraps and they were delicious. The homemade potatoe chips were a little onion-y for me but my family loved them.

Stopped off for early dinner going back to Indy from Evansville. We didn't want to eat at a 'chain' so checked Yelp for bar/grills in Princeton, the 4+ stars brought us there & they did not disappoint. Boneless wings and mushrooms were awesome. Heather was a great server. If we lived in Princeton, this would be our go-to place & will stop there on Indy/Eville trips.

The Lavender Lemonade is by far my favorite drink. The food is amazing. So many options. Customer service is always great! We love to sit outside on the back patio.

We have eaten here on multiple occasions, both bar and restaurant sides. The service is always friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Literally our new favorite spot! Would highly recommend the Buffalo chicken nachos, wings, and Princeton tacos!

Breaded mushrooms and German fries are a must try. Popular, great weekend bar scene. Marinated chicken with Texas toast, Cole slaw also great!

Best pulled pork I have had in quite a while and I have traveled the world so have a lot to compare it to.

Love the atmosphere and the outside dining. Food has been very good both times I've been there. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

We were in the area for a wedding. Found Klinker's on Yelp. Couldn't open their menu but read some positive reviews so we decided to go. We were not disappointed! The mother/daughter bartenders were so fun and attentive. We tried the Armadillo Eggs. Super! Then the wings and the Princeton Tacos. Both were wonderful!! To end the meal I had the Lavender Lemon Drop. Absolute heaven..Can't wait to try making it at home. Don't pass this place over!
