Run from this place for your life. Their warranty is worthless and this is where they make their money. In order for your warranty to stay valid you have to have it inspected every 6 months. More often than not your average every day customer at Kay's does not follow through with this. Honestly this is 2018 who has this kind of time?! My wife and I are very busy we're on the road constantly crossing state lines for days sometimes weeks at a time not to mention the fact that my wife is also a landlord of two apartment buildings. My wife got a small chip in the diamond of her engagement ring that she never even noticed until the store put it under their microscope and she honestly and innocently just let that six-month inspection slip her mind.More than likely this was caused by her banging the ring up against something accidentally. No amount of inspections would have made a difference in this case whatsoever. Instead of cutting us a little slack based on this undeniable FACT they would not cover her ring but they would have had my wife not forgotten about the inspection. Not only would they not cover the damage they refused to even send it off to re-dip the ring in the white gold since it was getting worn off and starting to turn yellow which had nothing to do with anything they just refused to do it just because they can even though we were willing to pay for it out of pocket. Being a B-I-itch must be a requirement to work in this store. Retaining good customers that spend money apparently doesn't mean jack shit to these morons. Then today when my wife went into go pick up the ring they were very condescending, very rude even laughing at her as she walked out the store. Word to the wise, stay the hell away from these corporate chain jewelry stores they are all equally worthless and go find a good mom and pop jewelry store and ladies, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT SOLDER YOUR ENGAGEMENT RING TO YOUR WEDDING BAND IF YOUR DAILY LIFE INCLUDES ANY PHYSICAL LABOR AT ALL!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOUR DIAMOND STANDS HIGH UP OFF YOUR FINGER. TRUST ME. IF YOU DO AND YOU DAMAGE IT DON'T SAY OLD JOE DIDN'T TELL YOU SO CUZ I TOLD YOU SO!

I have to take a minute to leave a raving review for Darian, a young lady at the Elizabethtown Kay Jewelers! She is patient, sweet and never gets in a hurry! I have been looking at a ring for about 4 months now. All she knows is I come in and look, even have put it on layaway yet not purchased as I am unsure if this is the right ring for my child in heaven. The piece has to be perfect! She doesn't throw me off on other sales associates when I walk in, even though she is sure I am not buying just yet. Still her beautioful smile is directed toward sme when I walk in with her friendly personality! She will def be the one I purchase from and send everyone to! Its her attitude and low pressure sales that will have me purchasing in store instead of online (which is how I typically purchase)!! Yes, go in and work with Darian she is the epitome of excellent customer service!!!

Not what I would recommend. The sales associates were very nice but I felt they were being a bit pushy and kept pushing their warranty and financing.. They said the style that I wanted for the price they did not have. We found a set we were happy with and asked them to get us a total tax and all.. she wrote down & included the $229 warranty that we did not even say we wanted. She told my fiancee 3 times about their financing after each time he already told her , no that's ok. We wouldn't be needing it. Appraisals were going to be around $50 extra..Every time I put on a setting she would of course make over the big beautiful diamonds and tell me how the smaller settings just wouldn't look as good.. We ended up walking away to discuss & think about it . We came back home to a local private owned jewelry store in our home area, got exactly what I was looking for at the right price. AND this store did not push any warranty, appraisals were free, set my old diamond in new setting for Free also..because they were so reasonable I even brought another necklace to the local store this afternoon and bought a nice chain that I had previously broken. Kay jewelers was going to break us and I still would have felt we left being ripped off somehow. Glad we came back home...!
