Kansai Japanese Steakhouse

We always have the best time here, it's become our favorite date night place! We always get great service and despite the restaurant not being huge, I am very comfortable and don't feel overcrowded or uncomfortable. The sushi is incredible! My partner has a shellfish allergy and they always adjust our sushi rolls for us, no problem. We really really appreciate the service here!I also love that they feature a few special rolls that aren't on the menu each time! They have them displayed by the sushi counter. It's fun to see what's new and try something different. We always look forward to seeing what new roll they've created. Highly recommend!!

Been here twice since moving to etown. The first time was great even though it's kinda pricey for sushi. The second time felt like a waste of $100. They weren't busy when we went and Our server hardly ever came by. I questioned one of the rolls that was brought over because it didn't look or taste anything like ones I've ordered before and she just said "this what you order". Not to mention I ordered a boba and I didn't get my drink until I was almost done with my sushi.

This was the worst restaurant I've ever been to.OVERPRICED, bland, flavorless, and terrible service(not as in rude but inexperienced). Yikes. I'm just so disappointed that I spent any penny here. A total waste of money.

Stopped here for lunch at the end of our vacation and would recommend! Since it was a holiday, they were only serving from their dinner menu so the portions were larger than we anticipated. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento and my partner ordered the steak yakisoba - both were flavorful, cooked well and met our expectations. Small, but quiet restaurant. Service was a little slow at times but again, it was a holiday.

The sushi was delicious! And the service was awesome! We ordered Vee's roll and a few others. I would recommend!

Having a dinner and movie type of night, this was my roomies choice for dinner. If you get there early enough before the dinner rush you are promptly seated. For starters, my roomie and I ordered the volcano as our alcoholic beverage of choice. One is plenty, and has tons of alcohol. For appetizers, we split a spicy tuna roll. For entrees, we both opted for the filet mignon and chicken. All entrees come with soup, salad, veggies, and fried rice. Our chef was spectacular! Cooked our meal to perfection and did an amazing job with entertaining us. The food is plenty, even though prices may seem steep. I highly recommend dining in and coming in for the experience. This place is fantastic and you will definitely be going home with a happy belly!

We're huge sushi lovers, and when it comes to quality, you definitely pay for it here. We ordered so many rolls I don't remember the names of them all lol. The sushi chefs have always been kind and full of smiles so we tend to throw an extra tip in their bucket. We only come here on special occasions, but it's so worth it.

Standard teppanyaki restaurant also offering regular table sit down meals. Portion sizes are large, service is smooth, and friendly. The chef makes effort to create a family atmosphere. Ingredients are fresh and prepared to order. Went in with call ahead seating. Sat quickly at a full table. Orders and preparation was a quick turnaround. Strip mall it's in is busy on a busy road. Recommend for good food and large portion.

This place is a little pricey for what you get. We went for dinner and had salads, a miso soup, 2 spicy sushi rolls, and a noodle dinner at a cost of $70. The house salad is the same size that would come with lunch for free and is $6. The cup of miso is $4. There's not a chance I would have ordered them if I had known they were the little sizes usually associated with lunch menus or a bento box. The staff were friendly and the place was clean but I just can't justify the cost.
