Went here because it had great reviews, but the service was subpar, with the server being a bit slow, but very friendly. The crab rangoons and edamame were very tasty. I got 4 sushi rolls to try. The chuck Norris was delicious, the charzard tasted overall good, but the fish tasted old, the Crabzilla was ok but it tasted as the fryer needed to change their oil, and the spider roll was just bland.

Just walked out after being told their half price sushi all day promo for Labor Day was for take out ONLY. NOT MENTIONED IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. Do not support liars who use deceptive practices to get customers in the restaurant and then don't honor their offers. BAIT AND SWITCH is THEFT. Never coming back.

Unique Japanese food! Their sushi is amazing along with their traditionally dishes, but done with a unique, tasty twist. Not your cookie-cutter Japanese restaurant. I've eaten here before and they have good food. I tried the gyoza nachos. It's really good. Could have been more food, but enough. The things that brought to 2 stars are 1. Parking sucks. Their spaces on the east side are angled and horizontal with no space to drive between or back up once some dufuss blocks you in. This place has been here for years. You would think they would fix that by now. 2. The inside was freezing. I'm glad we had jackets. It's kind of noisy and there isn't any background music playing. All you hear is everyone else's conversations. They need a wood floor or something to cut down on the noise. People seem to like it. It's always busy. I probably won't come back. There are more inviting sushi places around Newburgh.

Hole in the wall place - we almost didn't go in, but man this place is awesome! Great variety and really good sushi. We had gyoza, chicken fried rice, and I had some yellowtail sashimi and it was amazing! Don't let the outside appearance fool you; go in and try it!

The most disappointing sushi I've ever eaten. There was a dime-size piece of sushi in the middle of my roll and the rest was just rice. The rice was not very flavorful and putting that much rice in a sushi roll just made it very bland and tasteless. Since it was that tasteless the least they could do was add more eel sauce for yum yum sauce. I only got one line of hot sauce which definitely was not enough. Give me some sauce on the side like Tokyo Japan. I did not enjoy my overpriced food.

Website order placed at 2pm for 5:30 pick up. Got there at 5:30. Waited in a tiny entrance to be acknowledged for 12 minutes while my fried rice is getting cold and my sushi is getting steamed. Get acknowledged. Have to wait another 3 minutes to get food. 2 waitresses doing 3 or 4 peoples workload. That's a management issue. When I get the sushi opened, the avocado on the California rolls is spoiled - yum. So I got gas-station-sushi, and l luke warm fried rice. I went for 1/2 price sushi roll deal, and if I'd known it would be 1/2 quality also, I wouldn't have driven 20 minutes to go there.
