Jucy's Smokehouse Bar-B-Q

We asked ChatGPT to find us highly rated bbq for lunch between Louisville and Lexington and ChapGPT and Jucy's did not disappoint! Excellent and friendly service, clean, DELICIOUS, and outdoor seating for our pup! The cherry cobbler was the best I've had!

Food was fine but absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered take out and they left out two sides, when I came back in to get the sides they were extremely rude and argued with me. I offered to pay for the sides again because I didn't feel like arguing and they still only brought me 1 of the 2 missing items. Wont be returning.

If you visit Louisville and don't check out Jucy's you are a fool. This out of the way BBQ spot is the best in the area! The pulled pork, potato salad and cornbread were by far the best I have had outside of Texas. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

The only Bar-B-Q place in the area. Their meat has an excellent flavor I just wish there wouldn't add the sauce before the serve it to you. I prefer to add my own sauce of a particular flavor. Plus it adds weight to the meat and they serve it by the pound. They have done it this way for years so I guess nobody else cares.

I was excited to try another BBQ place here in Louisville. I have only tried a couple which turned out to be pretty decent and was looking to add to that list. Sadly, this is not a place I would return to. The workers were very nice and helpful so I very much appreciate that, but I have to be honest and say that the food was pretty mediocre. I ordered the brisket sandwich, and for my sides I had the mac n cheese and cole slaw. The brisket wasn't as juicy as I would prefer, and they only had one type of BBQ sauce available which wasn't my favorite so I ate a semi dry brisket sandwich. The sides sounded really good, but these were very disappointing. Neither had much flavor at all. I'm no cook but I've made better mac n cheese and cole slaw for family BBQs. I lived in Texas for several years where I had some amazing BBQ, so maybe my standards are a little higher. I would suggest possibly tweaking some of the recipes especially for the sides to make them more flavorful!

Ordered takeout twice. The people who took my phone orders were so friendly and helpful and orders were always ready when I arrived. The ribs and sides were so good!!

The food was absolutely fantastic! The workers were very kind and friendly. I had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

Loved the meat some of the sides could use a little work (potatoe salad and mac&cheese) but u have to try the pickles yummy We will be back really want to try the meatloaf soon!!!! Service is good it's cafeteria style so they portion out your food and explain the drinks.It's not some flashy place kinda mom and pop meets cracker barrel without the store all in all a great little gem on the edge of the city

My favorite BBQ place in town. Food is always amazing! Highly recommend. Smoked Bologna is crazy good!
