This diner features fried foods and is popular with the locals. The building is dated but has a small town charm. The entrance is on the side of the building and a little tricky to find. The clerk that you order from was all business, I couldn't get her to smile. But she got my order right. The food comes up in about 10 minutes. I had a BLT with fries on wheat toast. The tomato and lettuce were disappointing sparse and flavorless, but the bacon was good. The crinkle cut fries were soft and flavorless. My husband had the breaded pork tenderloin which he gave an average. They offer cute car cartons for the kids meals. I like these little diners that are not chains. This one filled up quickly for lunch.

I always liked the J's Dairy Inn when they had a location in Richmond, IN. I loved their chicken and especially their JoJo Fries. I remember them catering our Christmas dinner at Sears when I worked there many years ago. Unfortunately, the one in Richmond closed, and the only location left was the one in Liberty. I have since longed for J's chicken, but I just never got around to going there. One night, I was on my way to a show, so I decided to stop there for supper. I ordered the White Meat Meal, which came with JoJo Fries, Coleslaw, a Rock, and I also ordered a Coke Zero. One usually has to wait 20 minutes for your meal, but I had to wait 20-25 minutes. It was well worth the wait. They want to make your meal just right. The chicken was absolutely delicious, and the JoJo Fries was absolutely the best. The food was the way I always remembered it. They also serve dairy treats, like ice cream, which I didn't order. I was too full! The one thing I don't understand is why they charge you a fee if you pay for your meal with a credit card. I remember that at the Richmond location. If someone can answer my question, I greatly appreciate it. The chicken and all of the food was one of the best. If I ever come through Liberty, I will be back.

Amazing Flavors and Timeless Classics at J's Dairy Inn!My family and I had a great time at J's Dairy Inn on a hot, rainy summer night. Even though the place was busy, the line moved quickly, and ordering was easy. I tried something new, the Golden Whopper, and it was fantastic! The crispy, breaded tenderloin was so tasty, and I loved the crinkle fries and Barqs Red Cream Soda that came with it.J's Dairy Inn brings back old-fashioned charm, and the prices are affordable. The service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. My husband stuck to his favorite, the Pizza Burger, and he couldn't stop smiling while he ate it.It's nice to know that even though we come here often, there are always new things to try. J's Dairy Inn has a special place in our hearts, and we love the cozy atmosphere that takes us back in time.If you're in Liberty, Indiana, or just passing through, I highly recommend J's Dairy Inn. Their food is delicious, and you'll feel right at home with their warm hospitality.P.S. Don't miss the chance to try the Golden Whopper and the Pizza Burger - they're both delicious!

Seriously good fried chicken just a short drive from our home in Oxford. Also the usual "dairy bar" fare and Indiana's pork tenderloins. Always friendly service, with both indoor and outdoor seating.

I was with family and had 3 seperate orders. It was this last Saturday. Been going here for years. We all ordered right after each other. It was busy but wasn't when we left . 2 of the orders were done about 30 minutes. Which what they ordered was a little long. My order was 3 tenderloins. a J-boy and 2 Jojo's. All fried food. It took them an hour to make. I believe they lost the order and some other group had the same situation. LOST ORDER. Won't lose my order again. I will not be back. All I got from them is that they were very busy. The parking lot wasn't half filled when we left. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! If I could give you a 0 I would. NO DIscount or sorry for your wait. My family food that got theirs early was cold when we got home.HORRIBLE!!!!!

Don't come here if you are hungry. come here about an hour before you're actually hungry so when you sit there long enough when you're hungry you have a raging headache. You also will have back pain because the seats are so uncomfortable.Don't come here hungry too because the portions are extremely small. the Buffalo chick sandwich has about 2 inches in diameter. the Side of jojos or whatever is a small pinch of them l. not worth the wait or money. Because who loves cold food. if there is no wait go, because maybe your food will be warm.
